Do not buy a car from this company!
After purchasing a vehicle from this company, I identified serious faults shortly afterwards, supported by an independent garage report and a large repair estimate. I attempted to contact the dealer repeatedly to resolve the issue, but they simply do not engage.
I made over 20 call attempts in one day, all of which resulted in an engaged tone. The same thing happened again the following day. When I dialled using 141 to withhold my number, I was suddenly able to reach a recorded message asking me to leave my name. Shortly after that, calls from that number also started receiving the engaged tone again.
I also sent a detailed WhatsApp message with supporting evidence, which shows blue ticks confirming it was read, yet I received no response whatsoever.
This pattern strongly suggests call screening and deliberate avoidance once they know who is calling, leaving you with no way to resolve issues properly.
I have now had to escalate the matter formally, which could easily have been avoided with basic communication. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to be cautious and consider what happens if something goes wrong after the sale.
