Cuban chain
Ordered a Cuban chain was sent quickly but I had not put the first line of address in so was sent back to sender by royal mail. Emailed Virage to explain what had happened who replied they can see this and promptly sent out another. Chain arrived very impressed with the quality and look.
Nice to see a company with a good product and great service combined.
Will order more from here and recommend

I don’t really like the color, it doesn’t look like real gold, look fake. I got a “Gold chain and 2 weeks later loosing the color. When l contact this rip-off company, just told me, they can't do anything if l used the product.
Don't buy anything from Virage.
They did contacted me but they didn’t do anything, this company sell you products and after u are stuck with this rubbish product. Never buy again.

Firstly, I can assure you our products are guaranteed to never tarnish, fade or discolour, which is backed up by the many hundreds of other reviews on here, so it is simply not possible for your products to start loosing colour within 2 weeks, as our unique PVD plating process ensures this simply will not happen.
Secondly, all of our products are finished in either 14k or 18k real gold, so they look exactly like solid gold pieces. There is simply no difference in the visual appearance when compared to solid gold pieces.
Thirdly, your order is also backed by a 2 year warranty, so if there are any issues at all, we will either fix or replace any issues completely free of charge during this period.
Fourth, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within our returns period, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. As you have already worn the item, due to obvious hygiene reasons, it is not possible to process a refund. However, as mentioned above, should you experience any issues, your product is covered by a 2 year warranty and you can simply reach out to our team directly on sales@viragelondon.com.

Therefore as a visitor, you know exactly the length you are purchasing prior to placing the order. Unfortunately it sounds like you didn't review either of these before placing an order, and so made a mistake on the exact item and size that would best suit your wrist. It is also worth noting we do also offer a number of different lengths for many of our products too, all of which can be chosen directly on each product page.
