Good but would be better if tickets were in my wallet on iPhone not just email

I recently purchased my Disneyland Paris tickets through AttractionTickets.com and had a great experience. The price was excellent, and they had some fantastic offers available. Linking the tickets to the official Disney app was quick and easy, making everything seamless. Great value, hassle-free, and I would definitely recommend them!

Customer services are really good, they do all they can to help you if you have to make any alterations. Very good at responding via email - quick and capable.

The website gave good descriptions and made it easy to choose which theme park tickets I needed for our up and coming Orlando trip and it was a great deal. Easy to book. For a 'non techy' like me, I was able to transfer my tickets onto both theme parks app's so the instructions on how to do this were very clear and easy to follow. This was quite important as I know how the world revolves around apps so this will (hopefully) make life easier when we actually get to the gates. Having said that, it's good to have a print off too so that if there are any issues, or if you're not able to transfer it onto a smart phone the ticket booths can just scan your print off and you get a physical ticket. Very pleased with the service. Can't wait to use our tickets.

I bought tickets for Loro Parque Tenerife begore we went on holidsy so some of the cost was already paid for.
We have a problem where we can not go, tickets are dated for next week. I contacted them to be told that i can't cancel due to them being downloaded. BE AWARE of this catch.
I would buy in resort, I have found better offers and more help.

I made a mistake when entering one of the names on my Universal Resort Park tickets. Unfortunately, the response I received from your Customer Service team was unhelpful, disappointing and inaccurate.

I was simply told that Universal tickets could not be amended and that I would need to purchase replacement tickets. The advisor, even offered to check the cost of new tickets, without any further discussion and more importantly, without mentioning that the existing tickets could potentially be cancelled free of charge or that there might be another solution.

What makes this particularly concerning is that, after contacting Universal Studios Resort Customer Services directly, my issue was resolved within minutes. The agent changed the name on the ticket without any difficulty and was genuinely surprised that Attraction Tickets had not contacted them on my behalf to arrange such a straightforward amendment.

Having used Attraction Tickets (Direct) for many years, this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in your customer service. It is disappointing that such a simple issue could not be resolved by your team, especially when Universal was able to do so quickly and efficiently. As a result, I will think carefully before making future purchases through Attraction Tickets.

Using attraction tickets is so easy, the discount code is displayed clearly. We had 10% off our Mickey's Christmas party tickets for our family. I received 2 emails to my inbox one was confirmation and the other was the tickets with clear instructions of how to download them and attach them to the Disney app.
