Thank you Atlantis Water Softeners for the recent supply and fitting of our new Water Softener.
The whole process from start to finish was excellent.
The demo at the office was informative which helped with the decision making process.
The team were very accommodating as to when the work was done.
Installation was very neat and professional with existing pipe work also tidied up.
The standard of work was 5 stars and the premises left immaculate.
I would recommend Atlantis Water Softeners to anyone considering this type of installation.

I own 2 Atlantis softeners - the consistent quality of the softened water is very good and after a previous brand's plastic cabinet cracked and snapped, I was impressed with the robust, practical Atlantis cabinet.

However just as impressive is the standard of the servicing aftercare. Queries dealt with and explained and the operatives are polite, patient and efficient.

We recently had an Atlantis water softener fitted November 2018 by a local plumber, we had 3 leaks from it and called Atlantis as we couldn't understand why. They explain it had been fitted incorrectly and fixed problem, without questions. Steve was very accomodating and the service from Atlantis has been amazing. Definitely recommend and will call on them in future for servicing. Many thanks

Very happy with their service. The engineer arrived and was courteous and helpful. He managed to correct the problem very quickly and explained exactly what the problem was. A service was also run on the water softener and he left me with a perfectly running machine, all problems solved. I also received an email detailing all works carried out with photos. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. Very good experience with the servicing of our unit. New tap and filter delivered within a couple of days. Very pleased.

Had an AT210 for 4 years. No problems. Has been reliable & economical. I'd have another if I was buying again, just the later model.

Really nice young man - but left without topping up the salt level which was near to empty... the bag of salt was next to the water Softner.. That would have nice then 5 stars.

Very helpful, excellent engineer, simple and effective operation.

James arrived as expected, checked whether he needed to remove footwear. He checked if he could run water in bathroom, was quiet and tidy in his work and advised me at the end of the service. Was polite and respectful.

Just traded in my old softener for a new one. The old one, also an Atlantis, had done a great job (11 years of great service in an area where the water is virtually solid!) and was still going strong but it was time for a new more efficient one. The engineer was friendly and took care over the work. He did a great job of fitting the replacement softener and a new drinking water tap which looks great. Would happily recommend the softener and the company to anyone.
