I would like to give negative star for this company. They are fraud. I have got there software trial and it shows that it work but need to get full version of it. I bought the software and in full version it didn’t work. Their support send me another software and it was same with different name which also didn’t work. When i asked them to refund my money they refuse and making excuses.

The website clearly say if it didn’t work they will refund.

I purchased the Asunsoft Password Geeker Personal with a view to unlocking a Word document. The program "crashed" after 10 days of running without cracking the password. Contacted the Asunsoft support team who provided me with a different application to download with the same results. I have been in contact with the company on numerous occasions and all they can offer by way of support is reinstall and try again. I have wasted well over 35 days on a product that clearly does not work and even worse is that the company refuses to refund my money though the website guarantees your money back if you are not satisfied. Do not believe this or base your decision to purchase on this.
