Try to recover my iPhone recover stops after 70% done.
Only error message recover failed.
Try to send a mail the support. they say reply with in 24 hours.
Still no reply after 24 hours.........

I needed to restore a Windows 10 Home image file that was password protected and I couldn’t remember the password. The iSumsoft product deleted the password and I then restored the Windows 10 backup. Extremely satisfied. Well worth the money.

They refuse to give me a refund after all my work was lost on a thump drive after encrypting it and then trying to view it

I am writing this review about iSumsoft Disk Cloner. I had a need to clone my laptop because I was installing two new SSDs (1-NVMe, 1-SATA SSD).
I tried two different softwares costing 10 times what iSumsoft charges with very bad results. I had my data backed up, so no data was lost. Then I decided to try iSumsoft despite all this chatter on the boards about it cloning into Chinese (a lie!). It was easy to purchase (PayPal). And it was inexpensive. And no subscriptions necessary. It installed perfectly. It was easy to use, and it was fast compared to the others. And it did the cloning from within the Windows environment. And Voila, I put the drives into my laptop and they work perfectly without any problems. What more can you ask for. This was perfection. A-Plus.

I purchased iSumsoft Android, expecting to receive the activation key automatically as promised upon completing the payment. Unfortunately, no key was sent. I reached out to their support team via email and waited three days without any response. Eventually, I had to contact Paddle.com (their payment processor) through live chat, and after another two days, I received a key — which didn’t work.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of timely support and the failure to deliver a working product left me very disappointed. I would not recommend iSumsoft based on this experience.

This software worked great. I had taken a proctor test and had to use a non-administrator account so I changed my account to a standard user. I forgot the administrator account was disabled. This left me with no administrator access. I was able to use password refixer to create a new administrator account, saving me a ton of re-installations of software. The price was great and unlike other providers, it was a one time cost instead of a monthly fee agreement. I highly recommend this software.

The Android unlocker only works for 3 brands. That does not become clear until AFTER you buy the license. I've been in daily contact with their tech support and sales team since my purchase but the tech team gives useless advice (like restart your device...) and the sales team refuses to reply at all

The 'paid for version' was 75% material already on the internet for free, and the 'factory wipe' element simply refused to connect to my phone.

Software worked great to gain access to the computer with old admin password who no longer was with the company. We are now able to access the computer thanks to your program

Using the Password remover for Windows 7.

Had an issue getting the Demo to work with the purchaed key but support were quick to resovle and product did what it was supposed to - so happy.

I will certainly look at iSumsoft for other requirements

I am a first time buyer of iOS phone refixer. The results were 100% success in first go. I am amazed at how clear this software is in dealing with various iPhone situations and allowed me to choose MDM removal. Once selected, it was a few seconds clear of all restrictions and I was able to use my iPhone 13. I am very pleased with the company support team as well. The reason I say that is, initially I bought a wrong version of software and then asked for a refund, they were so fast in refunding and allowed me to proceed and buy the correct version. This helped me relax while dealing with them and I am happy for their excellent customer support. Thank you .

I would like to share my experience with ISumsoft here. At first I had trouble getting to grips with the program. The customer service was absolutely top-notch, they stood by me until the problem was solved, and kept asking if I needed further support. Five stars for that and thank you again, the product now works perfectly.

Wow..This is such a scam I have no words to describe it and apperantly they take like paypal and visa etc...What are they thinking ??? Hoping that peaple wouyld just let go and forget about it?? How are these companies are allowed to be on th official market in the US?? WOW

Android Refixer did not work on my computer, it crashed multiple times.

Even though I have send them screen shots of the crash, they refuse to refund.
Do not buy tools fom this company

The Powerpoint Password Refixer DOES NOT WORK also. They state it helps with passwords - it never even prompts you do type in a new password. It only allows you to blank a password which didn't work either. This app and company are FAKE FAKE FAKE. It's a scam so don't waste your money. Get another product.

I purchased Outlook email tuner to recover an inbound server password. After purchasing I was sent a license key to activate program but could not get it to work. Contacted isumsoft customer svc. and found that I had to register in order to enter the key. My complaint is user instructions are not clear and need improvement. I recovered my PW successfully. Thank You.

The Windows Password Refixer DOES NOT WORK nor does the GUI do what it visually portrays it does. It's false advertising even within the GUI. It lets you create an admin-level account with a password, but NEVER saves it to the SAM File and when reboot to the utility again, the admin account you created isn't even in the list! They claim it resets passwords, resetting a password means changing the password to something else! It never even prompts you do type in a new password. It only allows you to blank a password which didn't work either. This app and company are FAKE FAKE FAKE. It's a scam so don't waste your money. Get another product.
