Applied for an online application for perscripsion , paid the money up front and had acceptance online,
Then had to send over driving licence then had to resubmit licence a second time.
Then application was approved online again
Day later was asked to call a girl called Alison on a given number, to which i did only to be told she does not work here anymore and has not for three months
Then told i need to book a online call for the following day which i did.
Then i was waiting for the call but got a whatsapp message saying tried to call but i did not awnser.
So i message straight back and asked them to call me now, which they did,.
Only to be told by quite a rude lady i could not be given what i needed and refund would be given in 4-5 working days
Just a complete waste of time
Only gave 1 star because could not give nil star
Why not have the call before the money is taken

My order delivered to wrong address by incompetant Royal Mail and guess what? Thats my fault. I produced evidence that i hadn't recieved my order but NO i'm a liar and Royal Mail is their trusted company.Laughable. My bank getting me a refund after i showed them the evidence if parcel delivered to wrong address. Avoid this Company.

These guys are fraudsters. They take your money for weight loss pens and then either never deliver or deliver so late that the pens are well out of the period they need refrigeration. They refuse reship or refund. The only way to deal with them is through your bank to get a refund, as they DGAF about their "patients" and are just out to steal money and make you sick.

Scam company, don't stick to their T's & C's. Happy to deliver unrefrigerated product not safe for human consumption.

Avoid using this company. They do not adhere to safety regulations about their pharmaceutical products. You will get sick and they will happily take your money. Shipping weight loss drugs over 5 days without cooling and expecting customer's to accept lies.

Absolutely fantastic service, delivery is always fast and on time. Pharmacist and staff are very professional and efficient and very friendly offering great advice. 5*

Due delivery tomorrow to be contacted at 7pm to say won’t be able to deliver until Wednesday. My prescription is due to be taken on Tuesday. Apparently nothing they can do

I ordered medication from here for several years. When I input my new address, they somehow dispatched to the wrong address. Instead of refunding me they insisted I did it wrong and refused to work with me. Genuinely, a bit shocking because now I need to find a new provider. Thankfully, I was able to travel and retrieve my order from my previous address with some effort - but I cannot in good faith trust them again.

This is the second time they have sent me my jab without any needles and now there trying to make me pay more money for more needles witch iv already paid for not about the money its about the principle

I am sure that this company provide an excellent service to many customers. However they have a website that posts offers where no conditions are noted.

I got a pop-up offering a discount and went ahead and ordered it. They then messaged that I needed to pay extra since it was a frist-time buyer offer.

The pop-up made no mention of this. I really expect a company to honour their offers (or at least make clear the restricted nature of the offer)

As it is I now have found a company where the item is considerably cheaper. You really should check out a few websites before ordering from this company.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Assured Pharmacy. From the outset, they failed to provide clear information about delivery dates, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no response. Their customer service is practically non-existent — they ignore calls and completely disregard customer correspondence.

Most concerning of all, they do not seem to prioritize data protection or privacy. I found their handling of personal and medical information to be unprofessional.

Furthermore, they took my money promptly but failed to deliver the products, and they refuse to issue a refund due to their own lack of transparency and accountability. This company appears to be more interested in taking payments without fulfilling their obligations.

Overall, I would strongly advise everyone NO TO DEAL with Assured Pharmacy. They seem to be a company that will happily take your money and provide little or no service in return.

Brilliant service. Amazing follow up communication too. Delivery was prompt and honestly cant fault any part from order to delivery. Will definitely use this company again.

They are a very professional company always keep you updated and always recieve my pen ontime.

Utterly terrible customer service. Countless calls, emails, social media contacts and portal messages to cancel an order and obtain a refund with no reply or aknowledgement.

Avaid this company at all costs!

This recent mounjaro crisis has sorted the wheat from the chafe and Assured Pharmacy are the latter. They sent various emails in August saying nobody could have a second pen if they'd already had one that month, but equally bragging they had loads of stock and had cancelled over 1,000 new customer orders. I needed a second pen in August due to going away start of Sept when my next pen was due. Did they respond to me or help me in any way? No. Totally happy to leave me high and dry. Had a mad dash to go elsewhere and try and get something as a brand new customer. Lucky for me I did manage it. Even now they've still made no contact.

Shocking service - cant speak to anyone, emails unanswered. Sent 6 emails no response - spoke to someone and promised call back 3 times and didnt happen, then they took money from my account for an order i was trying to cancel. Deliberately dont ring back so they get your money then send out the order which you cant return

Waiting for confirmation of my next delivery yet seems to have been replaced with a 3 month review when i've been a customer for a month. Have booked 2 review appointments and not received calls for either appointment. Have sent emails asking what is going on, receive no reply.
I'm fully aware of the price increase and generic correspondence being sent out. But that doesn't excuse ignoring a customer's emails and appointments.

Excellent experience with Assured Pharmacy, customer care has been amazing. Careful consideration is given to suitability including a phone consultation and uploading photos. Sent info through to my Dr with my consent and have provided further email updates sometimes daily and definitely weekly. Since the price rise announcement the company have been fully transparent and provided options and a consultation to discuss next steps. It is refreshing that Assured Pharmacy are prioritising current customers, not allowing pre-orders and ensuring all August deliveries are on time. Thank you for your continued support. One final thing, I have had no problem getting a phone response to my questions and has been on the same day too.

These guys are amazing! Soooo much better than Numan who I was with originally for Mounjaro. No fuss, quick delivery, great updates and much better pricing. They have been extremely proactive once the news of the price increase hit the media. We are getting constant updates, alternative offers, great support and they are prioritising existing customers over new business and anyone trying to transfer across. In fact they cancelled 1000 transfers so they could focus on their existing customer base and ensure there was enough supply for everyone who is already with them which I think is fantastic. Can’t fault them.

Maisy assisted me on Friday 15/08 and helped me with an urgent order for my Mounjaro pen, it was delivered the next day by courier! I recommend her efficient and very professional service! Thank you
