They sent it to the wrong address and refused to refund

I ordered medication from here for several years. When I input my new address, they somehow dispatched to the wrong address. Instead of refunding me they insisted I did it wrong and refused to work with me. Genuinely, a bit shocking because now I need to find a new provider. Thankfully, I was able to travel and retrieve my order from my previous address with some effort - but I cannot in good faith trust them again.

I should've checked the reviews before…

I should've checked the reviews before ordering - this store doesn't actually have any of the products they sell. I'm not sure what their angle is - I think that they rely on people failing transaction disputes. It's really key to make sure you use a credit card or paypal to buy from sketchy sites. The guy who runs this shop is a known scammer who runs several clothing websites that also don't have any products to ship, it appears.

Even with cancellation confirmation they continue to bill me

I called to cancel my service in November 2023 - they confirmed that everything was fine. I stopped receiving service in early December but they continued to generate bills and take money out of my account.

I've called them over a dozen times and they've assured me that this would be dealt with. They continue to send me automated emails about overdue bills and trying to take direct deposits from my account.

I'm out over £100 and only managed to recover under £40 by refunding a direct deposit through my bank. Avoid this company - they have zero accountability.

Pays Nothing

This app is a waste of time.

Pays an average of 1 GBP for surveys that are only sent around once a month and take about 5-20 mins to complete. The majority of items that you provide opinions on pay NOTHING.

That's right, they collect and sell a ton of answers that pay you nothing. This makes up roughly 95% of notifications you'll get on this app - single questions that build up their sellable data but give you back nothing.

We launch both paid and unpaid stories in the app, The paid stories show their payout value in a card before starting them, and the unpaid ones do not have the payout value card. You have total discretion over the stories that you choose to partipate in.

Right box, wrong product

They sent the wrong product in the correct product box. Instead of owning up to the mistake, they gave me a line about how they convert to UK sizes... Just a terrible shoddy company with no customer service to speak of.

Had multiple problems with topping up…

Had multiple problems with topping up my account and converting to add-ons due to technical problems. This meant multiple store visits and call centre calls. Their systems are "down" an awful lot.

You get what you pay for, but like many companies in the UK nowadays: customers are not king here. The call centre staff are nice but don't have the power to make things right...

I'd buy a backup SIM from another provider if you start to have issues... They're not really capable of helping you out.

Poor service compounded with terrible customer service.

I had an issue topping up which could not be resolved by two separate team members. This is an increasingly frustrating situation that has only been made worse by the fact that Three service is spotty in parts of London.

If you're reliant on your phone for work, don't bother using Three. It's worth paying an extra few pounds to go with a better service provider.
