Looks like a common theme based on the recent reviews. One to avoid - took weeks to receive my medication which meant that I elapsed the 'safe period' to continue using. They weren't interested.

What a fantastic clinic! From the very beginning I felt fully informed and supported, what results to expect, and how to manage side effects safely.

What really sets them apart is their app, which has plenty of genuinely delicious recipes. This made such a difference because it helped me eat well alongside the medication without feeling restricted or bored. The recipes are easy to follow and actually enjoyable, which made sticking to the plan feel realistic and sustainable.

The ongoing support that lotus and the lotus community provide gave me confidence that this wasn’t just about medication, but about long-term health and lifestyle change. Part of my order was missing which meant I couldn't take my medication. I had to contact 3 times before I finally got an answer and then a solution. Missing parts were posted out but not next day delivery which meant I was late a total of 12 days before I could take my medication. I asked for a partial refund of the £221 I originally spent with them and was denied this. Really poor service from Lotus and will not be ordering through them again.

The price changes after having the consultation. Not sure why.

One of most easiest companies to deal with for weight loss medicine and I have dealt with a lot . I was impressed with ordering the delivery (next day) and the actual package which included sharps box box of swabs and 2 packs of needles. I mention this as only ever one pharmacy before gave all these items without asking, others never asked and just sent Jag. Lotus never asked but sent anyway so would definitely recommend

After the January launch and the introduction of the subscription service, I decided to move elsewhere as the prices had become more expensive than they previously were. However, with the recent announcement of reduced prices and a return to the original, reputable service model, I decided to come back and place another order.

Excellent service. Best pricing out there and lot of tips and support and great advice for weight loss. I looked at many other competitors but lotus seems the only one that supports and manages weight loss rather than just selling the injections. will continiue with them even after i finish the course

The best UK provider there is. They are quick, efficient, their service is second to none. They support your individual needs. The app is amazing, the recipes and work out really support your journey & the 12 week courses you can do are so informative. Great team, great support, great prices! What more could you want.
