A special mention to Dan at the Prestwick Road Ayr branch. A genuine, welcoming and friendly bloke who dealt with me on both pick up and drop off. Definitely will rent from this branch again. Got a Volkswagen for my rental which was top notch. Great car :)

The van was in immaculate condition and…
The van was in immaculate condition and was exceedingly well prepared. Whomever does the valeting of vehicles at the Elgin facility does an excellent job and needs to be commended. The customer service and communication was good and the whole hiring process was excellent. My one “gripe” was the lack of parking at the facility. I had no other option but to leave my own vehicle parked on the roadside for 2 nights while using the hire van.
