Excellent service, and the prices were lower than Europcar, Sixt and the other big brands. We even got upgraded for free and drove a really nice car during our trip to Scotland.

I am located in the states and was coming to the UK to get married/honeymoon. I tried doing my research. I was terrified about the bad reviews for other companies and the hidden fees. I came across Celtic Legend and decided they would be the best option.

The entire rental process was smooth and stress free. The morning of picking up my rental I was running very late and worried they may give my car away. They assured me that they do not do that and they understand things happen.

We had a fantastic experience renting from Celtic Legend. The car was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and very fuel efficient, which made a big difference on our trip. We drove it all across Scotland, covering about 700 miles, and it handled everything beautifully without a single issue.

I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable rental.

I've used Celtic Legend over several years - and at least 14 times. The service is excellent and there are no hidden extras. You know exactly what you are paying when you pick up the car. I cannot recommend them highly enough - in other words, you won't find a better car hire company!

Excellent service from pick-up in Edinburgh to drop off. Friendly efficient staff. Provided shuttle to airport and enabled drop off to tram also. Clear communication via email from booking till travel date with helpful tips provided. Highly recommend.

I booked a 4A class car and was given a 10A class so was very happy of this upgrade.
I encountered no problem with the car or at the rent a car agency in Edinburgh Airport. All was perfect. No extra costs.

Amazing experience! Me and my boyfriend, both under 25, were looking for a car to rent for a road trip in Scotland, and this company was one of the top rated, not only for our age range, and we get why!! Everything went smoothly, they are really nice and competent, answering every doubt and providing really useful informations since the first moment we made our reservation. Their service is top tier, the personnel is really nice and cordial and the prices are really honest, even for us younger drivers! This was our second time booking with Celtic car Hire and again were really happy with the car, from ease of booking to pickup at LHR and drop off. The exact model of car we asked for was supplied and we had no issues with it. The lady who assisted us Arnold Clark was extremely helpful and friendly. I recently rented a hire car from Heathrow, returning Edinburgh. The booking process was straightforward. pick up and drop off was relatively quick and staff were friendly and professional.
The car was clean, well-maintained and drove smoothly throughout the trip. We were complimentary upgraded to a higher category car than booked, which was a nice bonus.
I'd highly recommend Celtic Legend and any future rentals would always be through them.

Our 3 month car hire was organised before we left home and everything was handled very smoothly. I had several questions and each email was answered very promptly. When we picked up our car we had been upgraded and everyone was professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again!

Top notch service and an all around great experience. Our car was perfect for the two of us, we had the gps and travelled for 8 days all around Scotland, driving on the left side of the road for the first time. Celtic Legend were quick to respond to any questions we had before arriving in the UK and gave us great instruction when we picked up the car. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience all around. We rented a car for 6 days and we were absolutely satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, clean and reliable. A big thank you to Jarred, the staff member who handed us the car – he was very kind, patient and helpful. Since our English is not perfect, he kindly communicated with us using a translator and explained everything clearly.

We also really appreciated the shuttle service – the bus picked us up at the airport, took us to the rental location, and after returning the car, we were comfortably driven back to the airport. Returning the car was quick and problem-free.

Communication by email before our arrival was also excellent – all my questions were answered promptly and in a very friendly and professional way.

We always book through Celtic Legend when visiting the UK. Pick up from LHR is flawless and the car pick up from Arnold Clark so easy.
Vehicles are almost new and although the price is a little higher than other rental companies, it’s worth it for ease of booking and pick up/drop off process.

Loved our car so much. We were so sad to say goodbye to it! It handled so well. So safe. And so easy to drive. We loved the space we had too. Staff were amazing to deal with from start to end.
