Don’t use if you can
The amount of times this company lost my package, insane. Also, horrible speeds, whatever date they put it will arrive on, add 2-4 weeks more. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this company as all shipments that arrive in my country mainly come from Aramex. I don’t mind paying extra shipping costs to DHL as I’ve never had any problems with them. On the other hand, Aramex never fails to mess up, honestly it is amazing how bad they are, and they are consistent with messing up.

Shipment tracking information not accurate
Receive notification package out for shipment. Waited for eternity for parcel to arrive and nothing. By night time, it was updated package is now at collection center. No attempt of delivery at all

Why ARAMEX not bankrupted?
Why the minimum is one star? This company deserves minus 100 stars. I used it to forward one parcel from UK to SG, the shipment arrived at its UK warehouse on 10th of Feb and it took them more than 40 days to deliver... I sent nearly 50 emails to chase as the online tracking system really sucks and the customer service is terrible, useless indeed. AVOID ARAMEX!
Give Suppliers bad reviews for using Aramex
I've had several orders with Amazon then with Aramex as courier. Some I had to cancel and reorder due to over due delivery date/time and lack of status. Their online status never consistent. One day it leaves the US and 2 days later they are calling me or me calling them. They're supposed to scan the package's every movement but they don't. I'm currently dealing with a product I ordered on the 11 Mar. It originated from NJ, then to NY for departure. It sat in the Aramex coffee table from the 12th to the 18th when it finally departed NY according to tracker. Now it's the 23 and the status is still in route to the Philippines. Conacted the customer service 1st via email, no response; then via chat. They try to give me status from another package that it's departing from CA. Like WITW is she talking about? I'm giving the supplier a downgrade for using Aramex. Hopefully they will stop using them or at least elevate the issue to at the least scan every movement for the customer's sake.

I got scheduled delivery on 21 of march
Then suddenly with no schedule or notify courier called me to receive my delivery on 19 march morning the time wasn't at home so I saw notification that the customer was not available at time in location which consider as failure from the company side then the courir didn't come on the original schedule time keeping waiting whole day for nothing.

I had a courier coming from China. The Aramex platform showed an estimated delivery date of 17th. I understand delays can happen due to flight issues, that is fine. But the problem started after the shipment reached the Aramex warehouse on the 18th morning.
The tracking updated saying the courier would contact me and deliver the same day or next day, but no one contacted me at all.
Trying to contact customer service is very difficult. There is no direct branch number, and reaching an agent takes a long time. Even after connecting, the communication was not clear and my issue was not properly understood or solved.
Delivery is delayed, customer service is poor, and there is no proper option for self-pickup. Even if I am ready to go and collect my shipment, it is not allowed.
Overall, very disappointing service. Aramex needs to improve both delivery time and customer support.
Hopeless courier driver 
Dear Aramex,
I am very disappointed with the recent delivery of my package. The courier failed to deliver it to the correct address, which is unacceptable. If someone cannot deliver a package properly, they should not be working as a courier.
This mistake has caused me inconvenience and frustration. I expect Aramex to take this matter seriously and ensure that such errors do not happen again. Please advise on how you will rectify this situation.

They took my money pretty quick but my order was created and they where supposed to contact me next day, total silence and nobody contact me it is really hard to contact them or even talk to somebody. Failed Delivery and Unjust Blame
Aramex failed to deliver a package that was supposed to be sent as a gift. They outsourced the shipment, caused unnecessary problems, and then tried to blame us for their own failure. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service.

AVOID Aramex if you need express international delivery. This company is completely useless.
I have had the worst experience sending my documents using Aramex’s express international delivery service. I paid for priority express delivery for the documents to be delivered within 3-4 days, and the parcel has not been delivered after two weeks!!! Their customer service team is even worse.
Advance low services
Ten years ago, their service was outstanding, but now it has plummeted to its lowest level. There is no commitment to deadlines and a total lack of respect in communication. They have caused significant damage to my business relationships due to shipping delays. Furthermore, their delivery staff lack any sense of professionalism.
