One of the worse shipments I ever experienced even they are confused with the delivery of u have more than one delivery the more worse case if you want to reach them through the call they lead you everywhere to the chat boat which can’t resolve your problem no customer service number all chat boats always delay delivery system will make super pissed of didn’t not receive my delivery but it showed already delivered and at the same time u can’t reach them making me crazy if anyone wants to get mad and pissed of do send delivery with them otherwise it’s just a name no service stay away not to disturb your pace of mind

I had a very disappointing experience with Aramex. I sent a shipment from Dubai to Mumbai using express delivery, however the parcel has been stuck in Delhi for over 3 days without any movement towards its final destination.
Additionally, customer support has been highly unresponsive—calls are not answered and chat responses take several hours. This level of service is not acceptable for a paid express shipment.
While delays can happen, the lack of communication and resolution is concerning. I hope the company improves its service reliability and customer support

Today I waited 9 hours like an idiot — cancelled meetings, sat home, didn't move. They called asking for "50 more minutes." Those 50 minutes never came. Neither did my package.
Aramex has somehow industrialized disappointment. They've built an entire logistics operation whose sole output is wasted time and broken promises. Pigeons. Carrier pigeons would outperform these people.
If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like your time is worth absolutely nothing — congratulations, you've found your courier.
I would give zero stars but apparently one is the floor. They don't deserve the floor.

Very disappointing experience with driver pickup
Very disappointing experience with Aramex.
A pickup for an urgent legal document was scheduled, but the driver came while I was in a meeting. I called him back 22 times with no answer, and he decided on his own to postpone the pickup to the next day (a weekend when our office is closed).
Customer service was no help — I asked for a new pickup and even changed the address to my apartment with “priority” handling. They confirmed the driver would come between 9 AM and 12 PM, so I woke up early and waited. At 11:30 AM, they suddenly told me he would come at 2 PM instead, ruining my entire day.
Still waiting.
It feels like drivers are running the service with no accountability. Completely unreliable, especially for urgent documents.

Aramex services are worst services in the world. They don't deliver on time and put blames on customer saying not reachable. I have very bad experience with Aramex, I scheduled the courier delivery two days before and on the day of delivery i got message in morning saying delivery personnel is out for delivery. Whole day i was waiting for the shipment and it didn't turned. On checking online the status of shipment, i found remarks thee customer not reachable, which is not correct and they were liar. I asked them to provide proof and they are unable to provide proof. KIndly stay away from using there services

they have lost my shipment for months, and everytime I contact them for a follow up they keep giving me the same answer that "the team is following up", "We truly understand your frustration," "we are sorry," " our team is doing its best", and similar BS replies.
They don't give a dime about the lost shipment, the most careless carrier company EVER! If you really care about your shipments, never even think about going anywhere near an Aramex branch.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Aramex. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had.
First of all, the contact information on their website is completely unreliable. They mention a WhatsApp number, but it is not even available on WhatsApp. The calling number they provide is equally useless — no one answers, no matter how many times you try. It feels like there is no proper customer support at all.
Their service is highly unprofessional. Pickups are always delayed, and deliveries take far longer than promised. There is no sense of responsibility or urgency. It honestly feels like the company is being run without any proper system or management.
Tracking information is often inaccurate or misleading, which creates even more frustration. Instead of providing clarity, it only adds confusion. Customers are left completely in the dark with no updates, no communication, and no accountability.
Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The service is slow, disorganized, and completely unreliable. I would not recommend Aramex to anyone looking for a dependable courier service. They seriously need to improve their customer support, communication, and overall professionalism.
Worst ever company. Do NOT trust!
This is the worst, most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
Their phone lines are unanswered and their message boxes are full, so there's no way to speak to anyone.
The online complaint form has a fault and will not send.
Their chat boxes weren't answered for over an hour, and another hour wait between replies.
They told such lies, told me they'd emailed when they hadn't, and left me waiting and worrying for days.
In the end I contacted the seller and told him I wanted a refund and he could get my goods back from Aramex.
Don't ever have any dealings with this company. You won't get your goods. And if you're selling, your reputation will be dragged down into the mud with theirs.
