Overall happy …
The communication before and during deliver was very good. The guys installed the machine as paid for. The only slight issue was that they didn’t turn the water on and didn’t tell me so when I put a wash on no water came on. Thankfully realised what the issue was but as a result had to pull the washer out which was quite heavy and turn water on. That said not a major issue for me but could be for someone else. Happy with washing machine however and would use again.

Kept up to date with when the appliance was going to be delivered.
Unfortunately the delivery driver wasn't given my mobile number to ring me 30 minutes as stated on the information advice also the detailed information I gave for better access to our home was not given to the driver. Driver was on his own, a pleasant older guy.
