Awful Customer Service
We ordered a shelf, which arrived without the any of the fixings. Tried to call but was told they could only speak to the person whose name was on the order, despite it being a company and the person who placed the order currently being off. Called a 2nd time to be told the same thing. Tried to find out what we could do to resolve this. The person at the other end failed to respond and ended up having to put the phone down. Absolutely appalling customer service.

The delivery driver was a very pleasant gentleman who had been sent out on his own to do the work of 2 people.
I think this must have been the reason that my waste pipe were not connected properly and I had to deal with flooded out cupboard

Decent product
Product looks good. Delivery as scheduled and in good time. Relatively straight forward to put together. Not used it yet so can't comment on this but from the looks I think it will work well. Being an electric BBQ, it should be more environmentally friendly than gas or charcoal.
