Easy to order,delivery issue
Easy to order, same price as everywhere else however the delivery company reversed on my drive and the fridge fell over making a large thump I am putting it in today so if it don't work I'll be wanting a replacement I asked driver why it wasn't secured did not understand me.. u don't lay fridges flat they had driven form Birmingham area to Cornwall!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent after-sales service from Appliance Direct
I would highly recommend Appliance Direct for their after-sales service. When things went wrong, they didn’t leave me to deal with it alone, they stayed with me until everything was resolved and I was happy.
I would particularly like to commend their lead engineer, Keelan. His approach was so personable and genuine. I felt that he truly cared about getting things sorted for me. He took ownership, kept me informed and checked in with me until everything was resolved.
When something goes wrong, having someone who listens, takes responsibility and makes you feel looked after makes such a difference.
Excellent service, and a special thank you to Keelan for seeing it through to the end.

The worse online company I've ever used…
The worse online company I've ever used 1st cooker delivered faulty had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement 2nd cooker the ceramic top cracked due to heat of the ring on the 4th time of using it was told by customer service warranty don't cover this it's only 4 weeks old they didn't care. Use them at you perol. We never recommended them to anyone. This review we probably be deleted as they won't want bad reviews being seen. A very unhappy customer out of pocket to the tune of £600.00. now have to buy another cooker. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Do not buy from this company you have been warned.

Organised really well
Organised really well. Given a 2 hour slot. Delivery van driver phoned 20 mins before arriving. Our washing machine was unpacked, installed and the packaging removed. Everything went smoothly with our installation explained. I was really impressed.
