I found that at every step we were kept informed and Ilean who handled the sale was very helpful and professional.

Ilene was very helpful & everything went as planned.

Laura was very welcoming and informative and we didn’t feel at all rushed.

Laura was lovely and really friendly. Over all a good experience but would have preferred a bit more time to take in the property hence 4 stars. We had 15 minutes. The property had big potential for us

It was lovely to meet laura today at banners lane , had a second viewing laura showed me around answered all my quuestions and made me feel very comfortable

Ap morgan were always there if I needed to speak with anyone. They were always professional at all times and kept me informed. Ilene especially as she was dealing with the sale of the property, and was always a phone call away if needed advice.

Both Estate agent & House owner were really knowledgeable, I would need to pop a modular building within the property so would like to come back to see where the best place for this would be.. also we are not certain on where cars get into the back etc hang fire we will get in touch, but massive thank you both x

Had a really good experience with AP Morgan of Longbridge, selling our Rednal home. Max Mason was our first point of call, and he was fantastic. Kept us updated all the way through. He answered any questions we had, and was ready with good advice. It was a long process, and he worked very hard for us. It was fitting that he was there when we handed the keys in. We would highly recommend AP Morgan, Longbridge, and Max, and wish him and the team all the best. Definately 5 stars from us!

We were shown round a property by Jacqui from AP Morgan Bromsgrove. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had. She didn’t rush us at all and encouraged us to take multiple looks round the rooms as well as stopping to have a chat with us about our situation with buying etc. thank you Jacqui!

As it was my first viewing experience in the UK, I was a bit nervous but Jacqui Brooks was there to help me. She was nice, patient, and professional.

I have lived in a rented a p Morgan property for over 5 years, have never known such a bunch of unprofessional dodgy agents, never reply to calls, totally useless I would never use out of my choice

Today house viewing was with Mrs Shaana. She arrived on time, was kind and knowledgeable, with professional approach and took her time to allow us to have a proper view around the property.

Had a viewing today with Jacqui and she was very friendly and easy to talk to which made it enjoyable. I fell in love with the property I saw and also spoke to Chris at the office to put in the offer which has been accepted so big thanks to both! I also spoke to another chap in the office with a few questions who I think was called Jack(?) who was very nice and friendly and helpful too so all in all I’m extremely happy that AP Morgan are the estate agents for the purchase! I’m a first time buyer so anything to make me feel easy about the process is welcome since I’ve never done this before and it’s terrifying and extremely exciting all at once!
