If you're curious, give it a go... Nothing to lose only £1000s to save!
I'm sure many people are apprehensive about using a non-traditional way rather than the usual high street estate agent. I was curious... I thought as I just use Rightmove myself these days to find a property, it really doesn't matter which company is selling it. The same buyers look in the same place regardless. This was proved right. In what has been a slow market anyway, we had about the right level of expected interest. Within 3 months, we accepted an offer. The process was smooth. I like that as the seller you have transparency over the process. I preferred showing people around my flat myself as, to be honest, when I view places, I find most estate agents useless. The owner knows all the answers to any queries any viewer may have. I like that you can edit your rightmove posting, including reorganizing or removing/adding pictures etc. Overall, it saved us about £11K so I really can't recommend it more!

So far, so good, in fact, great! Really friendly, patient and informative staff. I'm a complete novice to selling a house and also to navigating around a previously unknown web site, but all is well, six viewings and an offer (accepted) within five weeks and we had great fun putting up the For Sale board!

Emoov a simple way to sell your home.
Emoov was a really easy way for me to sell my property quickly without the expensive estate agent fees.
I was able to speak to interested parties directly, and could see any offers as they came in. As I was doing the viewings, I could also answer any questions directly which worked really well.
Once I accepted an offer Emoov kept me up to date up until it was passed to the solicitors.
Id recommend them. and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Poor experience
I was connected through Rightmove and I was directed to the companies website to book a viewing. Tried this without success. The website states 2 areas of business sale property or rent property. Neither applied. Tried the bot chat. That was negative automated response saying use the web site or call. So called a different number and was number 1 in the queue for around 5 minutes so gave up. Last chance I thought, so I emailed. No response.

Our live chat system provided the specific steps required to book your viewing in the conversation it had with you. The messages stated:
- Search for the property.
- On the listing page, scroll down and click 'Arrange Viewing'.
- Select a suitable date and time from the available slots.
On our phone lines, our automated queue messaging repeats these instructions to help callers resolve their query without needing to wait for an operator.
And my follow-up email at 14:37 contained the direct link and necessary steps in further detail.
While I understand that navigating different systems can be frustrating, and our phone lines can be busy during peak periods, we aim to provide multiple clear channels for support.
I have just sent another follow-up email with a second direct link to the property to save you the hassle of searching. As outlined in that email, we are also happy to handle this manually for you if you contact the team on 0345 561 0050 or simply reply to my previous correspondence.

House sale - good service from family company
I had a good experience using Emoov to sell our house. I wanted to do my own viewings after a bad experience with a high street estate agent, and was put off using Purplebricks after reading all the bad reviews. Emoov appealed as it's a family company and the owner Nick called me after I half completed the form. I paid for professional photos which made the house look incredible. I was pleased with the service Emoov provided at a competitive price and would happily recommend them.

Easy setup and sold in 8 weeks
I can't recommend Emoov enough! I was worried about the DIY aspect, but the platform made it so easy to list my home, and the staff were very helpful. I used my smartphone for the photos. Most importantly, the exposure was great—I had several viewings and found a buyer for the flat in about 8 weeks. A fantastic, stress-free service

Their platform just doesn't work ...As…
Their platform just doesn't work ...As a buyer you cannot get onto their platform to ask questions or access messages. I have registered as a guest and requested a number of times for a one time password for access. The system says it has sent a onetime password to my email but this was never received. I have informed Emoov via info@emoov but have never received any communications from them - After my experience with this company, they maybe cheap from a seller's point but as a perspective buyer it is useless!!! but you get what you pay for.

Sold within 2 days!
We sold our house within 2 days of listing it with Emoov. We had been with a leading estate agent for 4 months and hadn't got a single offer.
Everything was really easy to set up, direct communication with potential buyers, and you're then able to continue that direct messaging to manage ongoing conveyancing. Having direct contact really allowed us to stay more informed during the sale process.
We took our own pictures, wrote our own description and drew up a floor plan.
Emoov provided the sale memorandum, but otherwise didn't need to do anything. We would definitely do it again, especially after saving 4k in estate agency fees!

Worth it!
I had a 2 bed first time buyer property to sell, so did not see the value in a traditional high street agent when I knew I just needed to get the property on RightMove.
The Emoov process was so quick and easy, and the team very responsive when I had questions or when providing information (sales memorandum, questions sent via buyer etc.). They were easily reachable on the phone and their online portal for managing viewings/offers was simple to use. I did my own floor plan, photos and viewings but this was easy. I had accepted an offer within a week of going on the market.
I would highly recommend going with Emoov to save some unnecessary fees and get a good service!
