Grace at AP Morgan’s letting office has been a great help with the process of putting my house on the market and getting tenants into it at a blink of the eye. The procedure was done quick and simple and I wouldn’t have asked for a better agent, put all her effort and time into making sure everything was done without a hassle.
A big shout out to Abdul who allowed me to put my trust into this estate company and has not once but twice put my house on the market and has never failed to find a tenant he has amazing marketing skills in order for you to lay back and let them take over. Overall my experience has been amazing and I will continue to speak highly about AP morgan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at AP Morgan Bromsgrove were absolutely incredible- Tammy and Mark in particular. Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. Didnt even want to give them one star. The sales team lie and are dishonest and deceitful. I would never use them again, waste of time!! Use another agent avoid them!!!!!

Simon W was fab! I knock down from 5* only as I just wasn't made aware in advance that we'd be viewing with others and when I asked for a slightly later viewing time I was told that we could have that but we'd be viewing with others at that time - I rearranged another appointment to make sure we could view without others as a result. So communication from the office in advance could have helped my viewing experience.

Ilene, who is the Aftersales Consultant - Redditch - couldn't have done more to get our sale over the line. She chased the solicitors twice daily asked, kept us informed throughout regarding what was happening with the buyers solicitor too. She is a complete STAR.
Things went awry with our solicitor and Ilene helped as much as she possibly could - can't praise her enough - if you meet her buy her an icecream!!

Jacqui was very helpful showing us around the property. She answered questions and made us feel comfortable with ample time to look around.
