Delivery within 24 hours
Delivery within 24 hours! On delivery, the chap asked how the softener was performing and realised from our response that there must be a problem with it from the speed it was using the salt. Unprompted, he offered to look at it and quickly fixed the fault at no charge. What great service.

Brilliant service
I was struggling to find the right part for my filter unit so I rang them up. They answered very promptly told me exactly what I needed to order and once I ordered it (late in the day) they sent it the following day. Brilliant service that saved me quite a bit of money too!
