Absolutely brilliant service today swapping out some office furniture for us during office hours, the team kept disruption to a minimum allowing our teams to continue to operate.

Good quality stock and great customer service
The Old St warehouse staff were really friendly and helpful when I visited, and pointed me towards a good choice of good quality stock in my price range. Delivery was prompt and the furniture turned up in great condition. All round, I'm delighted and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. I dealt with Paul who was amazing - he helped find the right furniture (after I had ordered the wrong type and he delivered and took it back, advised on a new one, and delivered that one!! No extra charge. Amazing!). Would not buy anywhere else. The price was the best we could find also - so 10/10.

Excellent customer service, Delivery next day was fantastic, and cannot fault the delivery and assembly and clearing of the packaging. Two very high quality/ great looking cupboards for our meeting room. Will use Andrews Office Furniture for all future deals.

Singing Andrew’s Office…
I have been singing Andrew’s Office Furniture’s praises to everybody for the last few days since they delivered a filing cabinet to my house.
I had called the office after the cut off time for next day delivery and asked if there was any chance of still getting it delivered.
Paul was brilliant and said he would see what was possible. He got back to me to say it was arranged.
Sure enough it arrived the following morning.
The guys who delivered it called to say they were on the way. Inevitably it was in the one moment I had to be out in the whole day but they said not to panic and they were there and unloading for when I came up the street.
Then carried it in to my house.
The excellence of this service was in contrast to the reason I was in all day - waiting for British Gas who never showed up.
Shows that Andrew’s actually care about their customers.

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul Wynn kept in constant touch regarding our order and delivery and the delivery guys were brilliant. Arrived right on time which was amazing considering the long journey and were very helpful and professional. Really pleased with all the furniture it was actually better than I had imagined! Thoroughly recommend.

Great customer service and products
Great customer service. They reached out to confirm when delivery would take place and managed to deliver a day ahead of schedule, as well as giving a courtesy call to let me know when they'd arrive.
Installation was great and saved a lot of hassle for me. We received an Enjoy chair and a Unite sit/stand desk, which has provided a brilliant quality home office setup at fair prices. Would not hesitate to use again!
