I ordered an East Coast guitar however after placing the order I realised that I had ordered the wrong model. I emailed customer services straight away with my error and the following morning they replied and amended the order to the correct guitar.

Everything was fine. Quick delivery. Instrument very well packed. All good.

A massive thanks to Chris and Paul in the gallery and the andertons team! I’ve been shopping there for over a decade and always had excellent service this time they really pulled out all the stops! I have arthritis and they worked really hard making sure I had picked the right neck etc…. I hadn’t actually intended on buying that day! But walked out with a PRS DGT which I’m absolutely in love with! Just the best service keep it up guys!

Andertons Music Co. sells good guitars. The service is also good, but the service seems kind of random. For example, the first guitar I bought from them was set up by a technician. The second guitar I bought was not. I felt the second guitar could have done with some basic setting up, e.g., the intonation, which would make the tuning a lot better than it is.

Still, the guitar arrived in good time. I would buy from Andertons again.

We went to buy a new electric drum kit for our 14 year old. It was great for him to play the different kits and see for himself the differences. Luke was really helpful, advising on the different kits, set up and play. Very efficient and quick delivery. Thank you

They had guitar at a competitive price. To have a competitive price is not difficult, but what makes the difference is the process. I ordered online. Online purchases can be risky without handling the goods, but they have a good reputation of putting things right if they are not right. I bought 2 guitars and accessories recently. The products were a least as good as I expected, but it’s the service and the quickness of action which was impressive. I have been semi pro for decades now so have accrued lots of guitars. In fact I’m full. I wish I wasn’t because I’m like a little kid looking forward to the carrier to advise me of the shipment details. They always turn up on date, and on time, which is very important to me. Important so that I can as the wife to nip to the shops so she doesn’t see that I’ve bought another bloody guitar. Highly recommended.
