Shopping in store is perfect, staff are so well informed, friendly and ready to assist in every way. Sadly, buying on line has been an awful opposite experience and not just with my last purchase. After ordering on line a Fender Telecaster Nashville guitar, it arrived with a crooked neck, it was hastily returned and a second one sent but with the same problem….so much so that the 6th string was virtually on the edge of the fretboard! We were told to try unscrewing the neck and adjust it ourselves, but decided to make the 130 mile round trip to the store to finally get an exchange for one we could actually see first. My latest on line order was for the TC electronic Plethora white pedal. The 1st one arrived and had a problem with its switches. That was replaced and the 2nd one arrived with other switch problems!? More concerning was to be told, it had been quality checked? This was meant to be a brand new product, so why would it need to be opened and checked in store? We got a full refund and the staff were brilliant, but it has raised questions for us as to what products are actually sent when buying on line purchases? Delivery was always perfect and exchanges were very fast, the hassle and grievances are a different matter.

The only minor issue concerned the delivery of my order which went to the wrong address. The courier then delivered it to me the next day. My new mixer and monitors are working well.

I’ve always bought from Andertons - the team are knowledgeable and professional, but still personable and enthusiastic… as far as I’m concerned they’re the ones setting the bar in the industry.
As a professional musician myself I really appreciate the level of service, aftercare and the vast product range - it’s far better than anyone else I’ve used!

Ordered keyboard, told it would be coming the following Monday with store delivery. Heard nothing, I had to follow up 2 weeks later. Ran out of stock even though I purchased it and either had wait longer which wasn't an option for me or pay in for another one.. Guitar ordered was also scheduled for delivery and was cancelled on day I had to wait at home for... points on purchase didn't pull through to the payment page so never got those with 2nd purchase. Quite a disaster all round

The package was really good with a nice Andertons logo on it. The order was fulfilled very quickly. There was no issues with customs. I received a notification to pay the VAT from the courier for importing the item to Poland and was able to pay online.

The only recommendation to receive full 5 stars, it would be great if you could offer InPost as courier because here in Poland most people use the InPost lockers.

DHL didn’t give that option and I was a little restricted to collect the package in time from a pickup point at some store which is only is open until 7pm.

Therefore InPost would be nice.

But everything else was good.

Fast delivery and excellent service from this specialist retailer.

Bought a Sire x6 (really nice guitar for the money) there was a problem when I came to restring the guitar where the nut was cut too deep. This was in no way apparent from a qc perspective until the guitar was restrung. Spoke to Ted and he just sorted it all out had a new guitar the next day, simple straightforward and really great customer service.

Excellent customer care, very good communication from Andertons regarding my purchase and its journey from store to my house.
They use an excellent delivery carrier as well, no problems whatsoever, just damn good customer care!

Even though the item was out of stock I was kept informed when it would be available and it was delivered quickly when it did become available. Great price and free delivery. What’s not to like.
