I've been using Supra LoRad mains cables for many years now as my preferred go to choice. Probably not the best you can buy but for the money they are quite remarkable and are way better than the stan... See more

AMR Audiophile Gold Fuse 2.5A for Magnepan
I've been using AMR Audiophile Gold Hi-Fi Fuse 32mm x 6.3mm (F), for about a 4 weeks now, on Magnepan LRS+ speakers powered by NAD C298 amplifier. I was skeptical for a long time that buying AMR (or any other expensive) fuses would improve the speakers - but I was wrong.
First impressions: At first, I was slightly disappointed by the loss of treble, and to some extent the sterility of the sound image.
However, after a few days, everything improved. Not only the high frequencies, but also the entire spectrum of audible frequencies became what it should be - balanced and pleasant to the ear.
Also, the slight discomfort (rough sharpness in high frequencies, when playing some music sources) that was present when the original Magnepan fuses were used disappeared.
AMR fuses cost me quite a bit compared to regular fuses, about 75 Euros/pair including shipping and VAT, which is about 5% of the price of the Magnepan LRS+ speakers.
I think it's definitely a necessary and worthwhile upgrade. It's a shame the price isn't more affordable, considering they can burn out easily, and I only bought one pair. I've already had my usual fuses blow twice, when suddenly the next TIDAL stream was much louder than the one before it!?!? I hope AMR stays alive for a long time.
Highly recommended
Highly recommended - Martin really has gone above & beyond helping me sort a turntable niggle (that he really didn't have too). Guys like this are hard to come by, so definitely recommend buying from them.
Many thanks - you have been brilliant
Great product, great service
I purchased a Rega Planar 3 turntable from Analogue Seduction to replace a 20 Year old Project turntable. The Rega lives up to the hype, it is exceptional, beautifully put together with an amazing sound - I am hearing things on my LPs that I have never heard before! Very pleased with the product and the upgraded ND5 cartridge.
A special mention to Cliff, who provided me with excellent advice and went out of his way to be helpful.
A wonderful service and a very friendly business, thank you very much indeed!

Great customer experience.
Ordered 2 fuses from Analogue Seduction.
Both were in stock and delivered to me in Sydney Australia in 7 days.
Excellent customer service.
This is a proper old school Hi Fi dealer, hallelujah!
I have dealt with Analogue Seduction on many occasions and have been 110% satisfied every time, also i prefere to support local businesses as opposed to larger ones who do not have either the time or the knowledge to inspire the confidence for to want to make a financial transaction. It is a shame they no longer are a stockist for my favourite Hi Fi brand of more than 30 years, but they have explained in complete confidence why and appreciate their candid openness. I will continue to deal with them for as long as i am able to listen to music at a good quality.
Great service from Analogue Seduction…
Great service from Analogue Seduction and Martin. They have access to a huge range of hifi equipment and accessories. I've ordered many times, recently ordered a lovely Atacama Evoque Eco 60-40 rack - amazing quality. Some items come quickly but be patient as some items can take a little longer, dependant on availability, but always a great service, hence always returning.
I ordered player belts and others
I ordered player belts and others, and I am impressed much by very rapid sending and secured packing.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Having returned a faulty unit was repeatedly fobbed off with false promises. Finally had to resort to clawing back the payment via the credit card company. Quite the worst Hifi dealer I have ever dealt with.

I had a great experience with…
I had a great experience with Analogseduction.
I am very satisfied and can really hear the difference before and after using SilentPower by iFi Audio AC iPurifier Active Noise Filter. I really got a clean current, noise reduction and solved the grounding problem. There is greater realism in the music, greater consistency and a lower ground noise.Thank you iFi for all their products that I have and thanks for the audiophile experience for a reasonable price!
I am very grateful to Analogueseduction for the VAT reduction, considering that I am a non-EU buyer, and for the other help.. Fast delivery. Very professional!!!
Great Service
Was so pleased to find the stylus I wanted ( Elan) for my cartridge. Analogue Seduction had it in stock so no wait times at all.
Delivery was prompt , price competitive and the stylus arrived in excellent condition.
What more can I say. Analogue Seduction came up trumps. I'm hearing sounds from my vinyl that I haven't heard in a long while. Fantastic.
Apathetic Service, Had To Chase, Failed To Supply Goods
I contacted Analogue Seduction regarding supplying some Audeze headphone parts (suspension headband, arms and pads).
AS worked out more expensive than Scan for the same parts, so I asked if they had any Black Friday offers on or were prepared to price-match.
They responded quickly; though with a slightly odd comment:
“We are not running any Black Friday deals, to be honest we disagree with the whole premise.”
In spite of this, a price match was offered, so great; I proceeded with the order.
The first problem was the failure of their payment gateway (with console/JS errors logged in the browser). I retried with PayPal, which went through okay. I notified them of the issue.
7 days pass and the order still shows as ‘In Progress’. I was prepared for a wait as I’m aware these companies must order-in items on demand, so that’s fine. I send a quick query on the order status that Friday, to which I receive a reply the following Monday:
“Your order is ready to go. Dekoni appear to have discontinued the sheepskin ear pad set for Audeze LCD. My warehouse tells me that every time we have ordered these over the past year they just send us through the Velour ones. Officially they have not discontinued them, that is why they are still on our website”
Now that logic seems a bit off to me; if you’ve been supplied the wrong item for an ENTIRE YEAR, wouldn’t you de-list that item from your site to avoid this exact situation?
I quickly responded with confirmation to remove the pads from the order. At this point if the “ready to go” order had arrived that week as implied, I’d be very happy, despite the loss of the pads.
Another couple of working days and no order update, confirmation of the amendment, or partial refund for the removed item. I send another message but see no reply. What exactly are they doing with my order at this point?
So finally today; 8 days after I’d been told my order was “ready to go” (and 17 days since payment), I call up. A pleasant man answers and I explain I’d like to query the order status.
It then becomes apparent that there are no notes attached to the order regarding any previous discussions (e.g. pads). I mention the pads being removed from the order, prompting him to give a different reason to the first (although both pass blame to the supplier). He also starts “checking stock”, which confuses me as I’d already been told my order was “ready to go”.
Now he tells me that the headband part was NOT in fact in stock and implied that Audeze have stopped making them (something, something, Sony's fault... etc). The fact that this was supposedly in-hand and ready to send out (yet somehow not) is obviously not explained by this, nor the responsibility of a third party; despite their attempt to make it so.
It was suggested that AS might be able to order-in an alternate version of the headband.
Naturally at this point I feel like my time has been completely wasted. I cancel the order.
The inflection of the man audibly changed to that of irritation, as I dispassionately explained that I'd now been given conflicting information and could have acquired the items from another source by now.
To be fair, the PayPal refund did come through quickly after that; hence a ⅖ score instead of ⅕.
The biggest problem is that if I’d not chased the status of the order (twice), it would presumably have just been stuck in limbo indefinitely, as AS have stated to be incapable of supplying two of the three items ordered (and seem to have known this for some time).
There was no proactive attempt on their part to resolve the problem they’d caused by listing these items in the first place.
Fast delivery and easy transaction.
Quick Delivery and Service.
Easy to find what I wanted quick delivery.
Bought a pair of Chord Company Epic…
Bought a pair of Chord Company Epic speaker links - the links arrived two days later tracked and signed for delivery - nicely packaged and protected. Could not ask for more.
Rega 45rpm Adaptor
The adaptor was the cheapest price I could find with fast delivery, even though that wasn't really important.
It's a great website with lots of items I'll look at buying in the future. Cheers 👍🏼
