Friendly knowledgeable doctors and staff. I have never had any problems here. I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and the service has been outstanding. Deliveries with the medication are speedy and discreet. 3-4 days from ordering depending on your address.

Overall my experience has been very positive, Doctor Bakry is very helpful with providing myself with the best treatment possible.
All the staff and nurses have very understanding and help out as much as they can.
But sometimes you need to speak to a human as the online chat is unable in most of my circumstances.
The reason for the 3 stars, is because the product’s inconsistency.
While most containers of the flower are good there are still few that are not, with under developed buds.
The new oil when changed was not very palatable to myself, but under doctors advice have now changed to edibles.
The only other issue is with not being able to collect in my area is relying on freight which when it goes missing I have had no product before and had to wait until it was found or 14 days to place an order.
Needs to be something in place as you can not be expected to wait for 7 days for this to be resolved.
Have waited 4 days for a delivery from a pharmacy that is 2 minutes away from my residence.
I do understand these are dealing with outside services, but this is the services offered.

Very disappointed,asked for information (paper work) regarding my problems (back issues) after being with alternaleaf for 12 months.these things should have been addressed at the first appointment not 12 months after!

One of the prescribed items was out of stock and portal advice was to book a consultation to find a replacement.
I was unable to book through the portal so emailed customer service who were very good and organised a consultation booking for me.
However during the consultation the doctor did not offer a replacement medication instead based on a very limited conversation decided he would only renew my prescription with one repeat. He offered to let me stay in the current prescription which I took as I have a number of repeats left.
Up until now your service has been excellent and I have referred to friends
However my latest experience was disappointing.

Just had new doctor changed my medication from 14 days interval to 30 days interval without saying a word been months on the same and then gave me medication at almost double the price

Always have positive response from your doctor's that are happy to help and listen. Thanks for changing my life for the better. Medication has helped with my pain, anxiety and so many other things that I have been able to wean off on tablet medication. 100% recommend Alernaleaf to my family and friends as another form of treatment instead of pills.

Have been using Alternaleaf for over 5 years. The products have always been to the stated standard and dispensed efficiently. I have encountered a few hiccups in my ordering but Alternaleaf has always resolved these issues promptly. Can't imagine a better service.

It would be better if the WA govt would stop over regulating. It would work better if we were allowed to purchase 10-20g more, like you’re allowed to in other states. The Drs have no power to change up your meds.

Today I spoke to the Dr as I had a few questions to ask him and he was great explained my questions easily for me to understand

The Dr was very rude to me stating that I am replacing Endone with THC. He said I was replacing 1 S8 with another. I argued that I am getting off my pharmaceuticals, that is Alprax, Endone and Targin. He never asked if I had been weened off Alprax. This was the first stage. Stage 2 is getting off Endone. He kept arguing with me then he told me "I don't care who you are or what you know, I am the Dr. He then kept making me make promises that I will get off the Endone. That is my goal but he kept arguing but finally caved in a prescribed my the edibles I was after. I now longer want any contact with that Dr. I am a patient, not a nobody. I want an Australian Dr who I can talk to during the daytime and understands all of my problems without asserting authority and disregarding my needs. I am a Veteran of 3 conflicts and the Dr I spoke to last night triggered my PTSD. I refuse to have this happen again.
