Great service from Mike, from the first email double checking that the item, a spare wheel carrier, definitely matched my car, to receiving the item via FedEx, neatly packaged and received a day after despatch. Had to wait a few days while a part of the item was received from Renault, but communication was faultless, with speedy and helpful updates. Pretty reasonable price too so great experience all round.

Ordered some parts, supposed to come fast but clearly not. Arrived in a reasonable time considering they came from Italy.

Ordered an Injector clip KIT and received just one clip, meaning it would cost over £100 for 4 clips which is just ridiculous. Tried to exercise return option and got nothing but radio silence. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Quick before they take your money though. I'll give this company a miss next time.

Only empty envelopes were delivered, store does not reply to e-mails.

Recently ordered some internal grill covers for my van. On all the forums and Facebook groups no one seems to be able to get and when I saw these I was dubious.

I ordered late one night and first thing next day received an email explaining they were out of stock but available in Europe. I was given a choice of waiting for my order, which was estimated at a few days allowing for post, or have a refund. I chose to wait

Within a week I received an email saying my parts had arrived and were ready for dispatch. Within 2 days more I had my parts! Genuine parts, all sorted in a week from Europe.

Placed simple order for some VW parts 2 covers and with £4.99 Del and fast delivery etc... ordered 25th Jan. Shipped or email saying shipped 27th Jan.
Nothing arrived as of 5th Feb. Tracking on Royal Mail 24 is not a tracked item its just std post.

Sent 2 polite 'checking in' if they can help emails ... Nothing.
Raised on Paypal and will let them sort in the meantime have to now go find the same parts again while this takes a month to sort out.

Its a joke, they have no stock for parts I ordered an lying they have - on site and even by the phone they told me they have in stock but in france and I have to wait 2 weeks. Next day they send me email that they have no stock and that they refunded but i can not see any refund of them and my money is blocked or i will never get them back... that site is a scam
