I paid £11.69 for first class with Tracking code, plus £64 for 4 bulbs, after 1 week I tried the tracking code which I received and ...wow...nothing ??? I contacted all car parts and they tried to convince me that I paid for normal delivery and it would take upto "25" days ???? I proved that I'd paid for first-class and they then said that it was a mistake because at checkout I indicated that I wanted second-class??. I proved with a screenshot that I'd taken that this wasn't true and they then offered me a £4,99 refund because it was my fault ??? . I then contacted PayPal and told them that I don't believe that the firm really is in Kent or that the so called Customer Experience Managers name is really Alwyn as he said, its simply a transit Adresse and every oder goes to the real firm in China, and that is why it takes up to "25" days or more before you get what you paid for. It's nothing but a Con job ..Fraud nothing else...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE...IT'S FRAUD STAY AWAY WARN EVERYONE...and I cancelled the oder and they wouldn't accept it...the matter is still being handled by PayPal.

Don’t normal review companies but when I was looking to buy from these guys I thought I’d check out the reviews and they were mixed to say the least. I had a great experience using these, I order 2 items for a very competitive price, the order was updated with a tracking number and received the package a few days later. So just wanted to add to the good reviews for this company

1star updated to 3-4star. Paid up front for small parts 5wks ago. Was initially no response to email 3wks ago chasing up. Submitted 1star Trustpilot review expressing experience. Quickly received email from allcarpartsfast apologising and attributing delay to OEM sourcing. Order shortly fulfilled with much better Comms. All is well that ends well, but could have been better overall. Appreciate the efforts to resolve , so updated!

Disgusted- Order part on Monday and paid extra for next day delivery. Tried calling several times on Wednesday. Eventually when i did get through response i got was unbelievable- We dont have the part in stock and emailed the dealer- someone should have been in contact with you!!! Worst bit.. the part is x3 more expensive- how do you want to pay the extra!!.

So i paid the difference straight away and was promised part will be delivered by Friday. Nothing on Friday.. tried calling but no answer.

Excellent service ordered a hard to find part they sourced fast and delivery was just as fast aswell. Communication was excellent and updated me at every point.

Unbelievable and unacceptable service, ordered a part and paid for it, the received a email that is asking if im ok to wait 5-10 days for the part to arrive from France I replied with yes please proceed with the order and surprise after 1 min another email with: Your order has been refunded. !! I placed an order and they didn't sent any updates. When I asked about my order they asked about extra payment of 30% of the initial price and the delivery time go's from 3-4 days to2-3 weeks. How long you don't ask about it...they will takes your money. Let's see if I will be refunded.

We needed a small bolt that was urgently required for a front shock / spring fitting, ordered on Monday delivered by Royal Mail 24 service the following day. Very impressed with service, keep up the good work.

Allcarpartsfast has rare Rover items. I ordered items that weren't in stock. After a few days a mail was sent explaining that the previous price wasn't up to date anymore and that the items had become more expensive. The price was still good however and I'm happy they could at least restock. Later I found some other rare parts and had those added to my order without any trouble. The order arrived complete and fast in the Netherlands once despatched.

Scammers I placed order 01.01.2023 today is 13.01.2023 i sent few emails and they didn’t respond to it

I was sceptical at first to order from this company due to seeing a lot of negative reviews and possible scam.
I went ahead anyway and ordered some Volvo parts on the 30/11/22.
I have received these parts Today 8/12/22. So, it took 8 days from order to delivery, but I would say it would have been at least 3 days quicker if not due to the postal strikes.
The parts I ordered were for a Volvo and to be honest I thought it would not be possible but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. These are new genuine parts and I found that these were cheaper than on eBay which were selling second hand items.
I also phoned them up to check on the order and Mike was very helpful and returned my call. Top company thank you and I'll be sure to use again in the future. Don't be put off and do give them a try.

I have read other reviews, all very odd, mine, and a collegue in Cheltenham, have received a 1st class service in record delivery time, I was so impressed, iv ordered something else I needed. Excellent service. Thanks

Website quoted a price and said item in stock. Paid for item, then was contacted to say item price had increased(by nearly double), paid the additional cost and then received a receipt for the original price. These people are scammers

Recently ordered x3 different Citroen p/n's, which were showing as in-stock. Payment taken, but one day later it was refunded as NONE of them were actually in stock.

One being out of stock I can accept, but three indicates someone is not checking, leading to my time having been wasted.

I've found Allcarpartsfast to be very responsive to my queries and orders. I've mostly ordered Renault parts (ranging from a large front subframe to some obscure nuts and bolts) and have found their prices and delivery times to be excellent. I've recently needed a Volvo diagnostic part which they were also able to source.

I placed my order #48122 on 5 May 2021. I kept tracking my parcel and was informed by TNT that my parcel was lost. I tried to contact ALLCARPARTSFAST many times by email and left message on its website but no response from them.

They only reply to client’s enquiry about potential order since they want to make money. I did the full payment including the delivery fee to ALLCARPARTSFAST but I got nothing. TNT said that he did the compensation with the seller for the lost parcel. It means that ALLCARPARTSFAST received my payment and TNT’s compensation, however they choose to ignore client’s enquiry for lost parcel. They ignored my email and message again and again！Be careful of this irresponsible seller!！!
