Wow! What amazing service from Steve at Endon Services. Following an incident, I suspected damage to the underside of my car. I emailed Endon Services to see if they could supply replacement panels if needed. I received an immediate reply from Steve, followed by diagrams of every possible part which I may need. Several back and forth emails followed with instant responses from Steve. In the event, my car was examined and, to my amazement, was found to be free of damage. I emailed Steve to apologise for wasting his time and once again got an instant “no problem” reply.
This is the kind of exemplary service we all wish for and I cannot recommend Endon Services highly enough. Well done and a massive Thank You.

Placed an online order with AllCarPartsFast today and payment was taken immediately at the advertised website prices. A couple of hours later I was informed that two Fiat part numbers had changed, prices had increased, and additional payment was required to proceed with the order.

Although a refund is now said to be in progress, the situation wasted considerable time and temporarily withheld my money unnecessarily after the order had already been accepted and paid for. Dont know if it is a scam

The experience also raises concerns about whether accepting orders first and then requesting additional payment afterwards could be used as an unfair sales tactic in a competitive online market.

To be fair, communication remained polite and the order was cancelled when requested. However, overall this was not the smooth or trustworthy purchasing experience I expected.

Ordered a replacement strap for a Volvo XC90 to ROI price on site £13 ended up paying close to £40 with delivery and import/vat fees. a month after ordering from allcarparts"FAST" , i get the below message tracking it on royal mail. have messaged them and just get out of office. Either they are scamming or are incapable of exporting correctly, doesn`t look like I'm going to get my part or a refund, so I would avoid ordering from there 100%

im in Australia and Ashley from All car parts fast UK was most helpful to find the parts i needed for a discontinued infiniti in Australlia despite the 100 plus emails and questions and delivery it quickly without issues, highly recommended no matter where you are located in the world!

I needed to buy some parts from this company, so I tried contacting them first to check if they were the ones I needed. They never answered me. Nevertheless, I decided to buy them and take the risk.

Despite paying for the parts (twice), the order was never processed. Again, they didn't respond to my email requesting an explanation.

Unfortunately, I can't give it a zero-star rating.

Well, it seems the matter finally had an explanation, and I must say that after reading the replay from Allcarpartsfast, and after contacting them again, this time they responded promptly. Also I have verified that although the amount for that parts was initially charged to my card, the bank ultimately did not process the payment, so i think it's fair to apologize and review my rating.

Very good experience, was told that they didn't have the o ring kit I needed on shelf so they would have to order it from Volvo and then ship it to me, despite that the shipping was very quick and I got Volvo genuine blue sticker parts. From what I can see online I cant get a genuine oring kit even from Volvo it says they don't have it. So I'm very thankful.

Made an order for Mitsubishi Colt tube for air conditioning. Came quickly as they said for 2 weeks.

Perfect. Found wheel cage for my Dacia. Order dispatched promptly. All genuine parts, very pleased.

Friendly, helpful communication, and found me the correct genuine part- very quick delivery. Really pleased. Definitely would recommend, seems like a decent and very good business.

Don't bother buying from this website if you need need them at later date. I bought a part from them, after 10 months it broke. I contacted them they said speak to volvo first. I spoke to volvo and they said they would have replaced it if I bought it from them. I got back to this company and they said they look into it, after a week of no answer I call them and then a week later they came back to say they won't replace it. I contacted them again but they didn't bother replying back at all. Avoid them at all cost. Never again I buy here. Just buy directly from manufacturer.

I ordered parts from this company and I have paid for them as advertised on their website but I then received a email from allcarpartsfast to say that due to a “pricing error” the part was no longer available at the price I paid (from the company that they had to source from) and I was asked to pay an additional cost of over £60 sterling even though I paid the price as advertised on their website!

More importantly, my parts have been delayed due to their error which I was unaware of and was not my responsibility, therefore, the company has been unprofessional in its handling of this matter and in dealing with me.

I ordered a part that was advertised as a sale. I had viewed that product for over a month for that fixed price. Decided to purchase it for that price. Next day I was emailed stating that the supplier has increased the price & it was out of their control.
They offered me to purchase the item at the increased price, due to their OWN mistake.
The least they could’ve done was to offer a goodwill gesture or a minor compromise in order to keep satisfied and loyal customers

Then when i asked for alternative gestures they could offer, instead of being guided any, I was hit with a refund. It’s a shame that this business is losing potential long term clients due to their work ethic.
A simple apology for the inconvenience shows a lack of acknowledgment of their customers and their time, and I would rather not purchase from them again.

Really impressed, so far I have ordered two different Volvo parts from this company. With the first part I needed another company told me it wasn't the right part for my car when I was convinced it was, so I called these guys. Mike was really helpful and confirmed it actually was what I needed & the part arrived within a couple of days. I called again Friday for another part and was steered in the right direction. The part wasn't in stock with them but has been dispatched today, Monday. Both parts are genuine Volvo.

Although initial delivery was incorrect part, the follow up communication, replacement and postage refunded was very positive. Mike went over and above to ensure he kept me updated all the way through.
Original Volvo part received and well packaged.

The reviews were hit and miss for this company, but I went ahead anyway as I had no other choice. I needed brake cables for my car which the main dealer couldn't source from Ireland or France for at least 6 months due to shortages. I was told to try to find one online. I found them here or in Poland and here were cheaper even with the post and import taxes, so I chanced it. Before I ordered, I contacted them with my VIN to make sure the part was instock, correct and genuine and they replied quickly. After I ordered the item, I was kept informed on shipment etc. The only thing I can fault is the shipping took 2 weeks to Ireland, but with customs etc, that happens. I already expected this, but maybe they could edit their shipping information to make it more accurate for international. Otherwise everything was good and I can't fault them. Would be happy to use again.

Absolutely seamless transaction. Great communication. Got me my car part that the main dealers couldn’t supply. All parts had actually got it in stock. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Approached AllCarPartsFast to source difficult-to-find 2016 Peugeot 508 SW parts and the guys came up trumps. Quick response and good communication.

I paid £11.69 for first class with Tracking code, plus £64 for 4 bulbs, after 1 week I tried the tracking code which I received and ...wow...nothing ??? I contacted all car parts and they tried to convince me that I paid for normal delivery and it would take upto "25" days ???? I proved that I'd paid for first-class and they then said that it was a mistake because at checkout I indicated that I wanted second-class??. I proved with a screenshot that I'd taken that this wasn't true and they then offered me a £4,99 refund because it was my fault ??? . I then contacted PayPal and told them that I don't believe that the firm really is in Kent or that the so called Customer Experience Managers name is really Alwyn as he said, its simply a transit Adresse and every oder goes to the real firm in China, and that is why it takes up to "25" days or more before you get what you paid for. It's nothing but a Con job ..Fraud nothing else...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE...IT'S FRAUD STAY AWAY WARN EVERYONE...and I cancelled the oder and they wouldn't accept it...the matter is still being handled by PayPal.
