Journey smooth driver keith kept us well informed and was pleasant all the time. Good trips but 2 hours in portree with not a lot to do and see maybe another extra tour to like dunvegan

Meals were adequate but would have preferred choice of chips or potatoes.
Also the Salmon i had i. The thursday had a great big bone in it which put me off .and green peashoots or similar with every meal

We travelled to Melrose, we were picked up from our local location by one of the lovely Alfa drivers, Debbie, and were taken to the well organised Reading interchange where we had time to have a snack while the Alfa team put our cases on the coach to Melrose.
Russell, was our driver for the next week, he was a knowledgeable and friendly driver.
Our Trips out were excellent. The Hotel staff were attentive, good evening entertainment. The food, for what we paid a varied selection.
In a nutshell you just can’t get better value for money, in my opinion.
I’ve already booked another holiday for next year!

This may not be of interest to most people but Alfa are most accommodating for overseas travellers, as myself, and make bookings really easy via emails. Excellent customer service. 👏

Our first time with Alfa. We had a friend who recommended them and we booked Fort William on the 23rd August. Out driver Josh was an absolute star,funny caring and a very polite young man. Nothing too much trouble and for those with mobility issues he helped in anyway he could. I fear he may have spoilt us for future holidays. Alfa he's a keeper. Hotel Croit Anna a little tired but the staff went all out to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Alfa and Josh we will be going with you again in the future.H longhorn & S Robinson.

Great location, lovely area, beautiful hotel right in the centre of town, good excursions, driver and hotel staff excellent.

Coach experience very good, prompt and comfortable.
Hotel was comfortable, food very good and good choice. Entertainment appreciated and bar acceptable.
The only problem was the hills in IOW which we did not appreciate, mobility problems!!
Ferry journies were excellent.

Holiday great until return 4hour delay due to coach tyre puncture. I know the is is not your fault but a company your size must have had this problem before and should have had priority in emergency call out. Also along with most passengers picked up in Sutton Codlfield are not happy with the pick up point as you will see from previous correspondence such that am looking at alternative companies for next year.

I like that I don’t see my case till I get to the room and from the driver to the staff that they are very friendly and very helpful I go to the same hotel every year

First time with alfa couldn't fault it hotel Queensway in Eastbourne was lovely..
The connection coach coming home from bowburn to Peterlee the wait was not pleasant and the driver wasn't sure what he was doing..
But I've booked up again for the Isle of Wight..

A local pick up point and good facilities at Burtonwood.
Our driver Kevin for the entire trip was really friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area. He cared about everyone.
The hotel - Bayshore, was very well organised. The staff, food, entertainment, bedroom was a very high professional standard.

Apart from long journey down cromer via Cambridge.the holiday was well organised.hotel beautiful food good and well presented.we where well looked after.particulary enjoyed cruise on broads.weather amazing.just got some before thunderstorm started.

Hotel very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Even though there was a motorway closure and we arrived at our hotel 3 hours later.. the driver Derek was keeping us informed as to an ETA .. the meal was served later especially for us and was Lovley and fresh.!

Fantastic Edinburgh tattoo trip. The tours were great and one was unexpected. I always wanted to visit Holy Island. I was delighted when the extra trip on the last day was chosen as our destination . Our driver Derek was very funny and friendly and was always happy to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only letdown for me was as I have dietary restrictions there wasn’t an awful lot for me to eat, however the staff in the restaurant did everything to make sure they would try and accommodate me with an alternative. Lovely people. Great holiday! Thanks

Single room very good, plenty of space. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently updated. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly helpful and attentive. Our bedroom was cleaned daily and spotless along with the rest of the hotel. We were self drive so we didn’t experience the coach part.

everything was fine, journey down was easy and our room was the best we have ever had with great views and plenty of room. meals and service were poor on the first two days but improved after that. two very good trips out and good entertainment each evening.
