This was a well organised trip. Our driver Tony was outstanding, the way he navigated the steep, narrow Cornish roads was amazing. The hotel Eliot was lovely with friendly staff and well positioned for the shops and beaches. A great week.

I’ve now been on 8 Alfa coach holidays and enjoyed every single one, would highly recommend them

Excellent organisation by Alfa, my 1st time with Alfa and will book again. Highly organised Reading interchange. Very comfortable Coach, pleasant driver. Very good Hotel Seabank, Porthcawl, staff went above & beyond to make guests s comfortable and happy. Porthcawl is a lovely location & the Hotel is close to the Town & amenities.

To start pickup fineinterchange fine and even better we found our driver was Ged our 3rd with he’d been on quite a lot of your tours and found Hed best so far he very informative good safe drive and very humerus. The hotel room and food was lovely evening entertainment very good so all in all another enjoyable tour with you. Thank you.

Excellent driver, hotel very disappointing - Denham Grove hotel Uxbridge, food was average, no teabags couldn't have a drink. Just one
example of the shambles that occurred at each meal.

We had a great holiday at The New Beach hotel. The manager is very nice and approachable and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. All the staff are wonderful. Our room was well equipped, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was excellent. Only downside was the noise from the pier at night. Would visit again but probably outside the main season because of the noise from the pub in the front of the pier. Music still playing at 2:30am !!!

Hotel very nice but remote with no entertainment. Breakfast was great but food choice and combinations of food were not good.

The Shanklin Hotel is very comfortable with good food and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint was the bath which was very high sided and as I have a spinal problem my wife has to help her in and out every time. A lady booking meant that was all that was available.

Position of hotel excellent but the hotel requires up dating bathroom was very dirty around the shower tray dust had not been cleaned for a long time. the service at breakfast and dinner was excellent

Been on few bus trips 2 Blackpool this was best hotel was lovely ,did have issue with room in middle of night and it got sorted 😊..would defo use Alfa again, all staff in hotel first class and both bus drivers 😊

Pick up for coach on time, great driver, never touched our luggage all done for us, good journey to our destination, plenty of stops, comfortable coach, went to Torquay, stayed at hotel Regina beautiful location lovely room with a view, food, entertainment, staff excellent, trips very well organised overall a great holiday, first time with Alfa can't wait for the next one, 5 stars well done.

Just home from Queens Hotel Blackpool after a weeks stay, I would like to thank all staff for their wonderful professionalism. I loved my stay sleeping in a fab comfy bed and I must say the food was exceptional too.
Easy access to get around bus /tram stops all nearby.

We were first pick up took awhile on feeder bus to get to where we joined our coach to IOW.Journey from there to hotel was good Bill our driver very good and coach was comfortable. Arrived safely at hotel Bayshore in Sandown.We were very impressed with the hotel we had a Seaview room and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. The resturant was excellent the choice of food was really good and presentation and quality was excellent.All the staff couldn't do enough for you. The journey home was good and our feeder coach from service station to Bedford was a lot quicker than going well done to our driver (can't remember his name) took a much quicker root.This was our first Alfa holiday and we will look forward to our next one.

Great hotel in a good location on the promenade. Helpful friendly staff and the food was excellent. Even Alfa coaches are a cut above the rest.

Why I’ve given 4 stars is because ( group of 4) we were seated 4 different times for our meals, also the young waitress that was serving us brought our meals out at different times didn’t clear our starter plates before trying to put down main meal . Eventually we got a lovely waiter called Harry ( couldn’t do enough)
The hotel was lovely ,the rooms spotless, entertainment fab

Hotel in lovely location. Weather pretty good. Beach beautiful Trips out good. Food good with choices.

I didn't like the entertainment being in the restaurant. Chairs and tables being moved into place whilst people still eating. Breakfast rushed as we were on second sitting at 8.40am with trips out at 9.30am. Marmalade, etc cleared away early.

Made the journey so interesting and the info about places we were passing through. The hotel is in a beautiful location. Food was great but more staff in restaurant were required. Cleanliness in rooms was to a high standard but overall could do with some refurbishment.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Room 14 needs privacy curtains as it looks on to the main road, also the windows need more opening lights especially during the hot weather. Coach journey very well organised and a friendly. Because of traffic holdups some trips were not as planned.
