Hotel nice ,lovely room with sea view.
Nice trips and free time to explore the resort.

The trips out were exceptional; whilst staying at Bognor Regis in West Sussex we visited Worthing - my first time here and I was very impressed (in fact, it would be nice to actually have an Alfa holiday here); Arundel - a lovely touristy place; took a ride on the Watercress Line heritage railway which was most enjoyable AND visited Winchester. Rather a lot in a 5 day holiday.
The hotel was good and the food exceptional in taste, choice and quantity.

I went on the Glorious Lake District trip from South Mimms. Feeder coach picked us up promptly, pleasant helpful driver and no issues. Didn't wait long to get going from South Mimms and head to the Lakes. One stop on the way for the driver Neil to fill up the coach and a quick coffee. We stayed at the Auckland Hotel in Morecambe. Quick to check in and we had clear instructions to find our room. We were on the 2nd floor, lovely room, very clean and well equipped. Food at The Auckland was incredible. Full English breakfast, toast, juice, cereals tea and coffee. As much or as little as you wanted. Evening meal was chosen in the morning. 4 choices of starter, main and dessert followed by tea or coffee. Every meal I had was delicious, well cooked, good portion sizes and always on a hot plate.
Staff at The Auckland worked incredibly hard and were all friendly, chatty and couldn't be faulted.
The actual coach part of the break was disappointing. Neil the driver was a retired Marines band man. Rightly proud but we never heard the end of it. He played depressing music, very loud which isn't to everyone's taste. Our daily trips into the Lakes to us on the dual carriageway or motorway rather than the scenic routes. I've been to Scotland with Alfa so know the drivers can take the pretty routes. We never saw the beauty of the lakes at all, just random town centres where we had a couple of hours. The last day when we went on a boat trip across Windermere and it was beautiful, but again just 2 hours and we were back at the hotel. Full days were only 10am-3pm. The people on the coach were a fantastic bunch and we certainly had a laugh, but if your looking for seeing the Lakes then this isn't the trip for you.
Found the driver to be miserable, unhelpful and with no sense of humour. All he wanted to talk about was himself and the marines, he repeatedly went over the same thing 3 times.
Has a fab trip, the hotel was 5*, people on the coach fab but not the break I was expecting.

As a single traveller I always enjoy the friendliness of staff and fellow travellers alike. Alfa are professional and from the coach drivers to the hotel staff the whole holiday experience is excellent 🙌

We were on an Alfa coach 5 day holiday to the Isle of White 26th to 27th August. The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel itself very clean . The only problem was that our room was very dark due to being at the back and we had to have the light on mid afternoon. The room itself was very clean
We also thought that the trips we went on were not long enough as we only had 1 and a half hours each even though one trip was to Alum Bay which gave us no time to see much or go on the cable car .
Our driver seemed to be in a rush to get back to the hotel and was at times quite dangerous by getting too near cars in front and going faster than the limit at times .
He was a pleasant enough man apart from his driving .
We have been away we Alfa many times and have always been very pleased with everything

Our 4 night holiday at the Bayshore Hotel in Sandown was excellent. The food was very good and served professionally and friendly, the rest of the staff were also excellent. The hotel is situated on the seafront. The rooms have all the facilities that one would expect, but perhaps in need of a little updating. Sandown has a wonderful location and fine sandy beach but the town itself has been neglected with hotels standing empty.

Excellent from the first day boarding the coach to the last day alighting the coach.

Very nice drivers and hotel staff

Easy transfer to Burtonwood. I had been a little anxious about the ferry, but it was smooth and food and drinks were easily purchased.The hotel food was excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was adequate, enough storage space and clean. My only issue was the double sized quilt on a single bed was too heavy. Driver was very experienced and I felt safe and at ease, despite it being his 1st time to Isle of Man. To date this has been my best Alfa experience. I look forward to booking my next trip. Well done Alfa!!

The coach journey and very informative drivers.the staff at hotel very pleasant.the cleaning of the rooms spot on.and very good value for money.only fault is just a bit Pickety soap dispensers in bathroom were empty.9out of 10😃

As a solo traveller made me feel included and comfortable.

The driver who was James made the journey there and back enjoyable and we had enough break times and knowledge of the area. The hotel was nice and clean and the sfaff very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. The room was comfortable.

The Hotel De Paris is the best Alfa hotel we have been to.
The staff are top notch, the food good. Nothing is to much trouble. Must mention Yasmin and Tom, who are both brilliant. We hope to return for longer next June.
Only slight problem was we ordered the salad bowl lunch for coming home. Very nice but nothing to eat it with! Pinched a fork at a services 😇

Hydro Isle of Man is great, great location on the sea front. Buses and horse drawn tram pass regularly. Electric railway and shopping centre close by. The rooms were small and dated but very clean and comfortable. There was a lift. Fresh towels replacing used ones daily. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk. Friendly staff. Very efficient and were very diligent, going above and beyond concerning intolerances. Delicious food, good portions. Our Driver Derek made the journeys interesting and fun.
Wherever we went in the Isle of Man everywhere was clean and the buildings were well kept. Nowhere was run down.

We have just returned from Alfa Holidays Royal London Tour and it was superb.Our coach drivet Callum was excellent and very helpful. The trip to Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle gave us so many wonderful memories
The coach tour around London with the guide, Tim Hudson, was all inclusive. Thank you Alfa for a fantastic break.

The whole holiday was well organised from local pickup to drop-off at the end and including the excursions.
Very helpful and friendly staff all the way through.

Negative long wait to check in and return trip.
Internet very very poor through out stay, need upgrading.

All the staff,service and entertainment was excellent a credit to the team 👏
