Excellent service from Airportcars Gatwick on a journey from Worthing to Gatwick. The driver was friendly and professional and arrived at my hotel ahead of time which was great. The car was very comfortable and pristine inside. I shall certainly use the company again. The booking process the day before was very straightforward.

We decided to use this brilliant transfer service after BA cancelled our flight to London City airport.

Great taxi company! We’d been let down by Uber, and Airport Cars thankfully had a taxi available. Reasonable cost to get home (especially at 1am!) and a really friendly taxi driver. Thank you so much.

The taxi I had booked (different company) ended up not sending a car to pick me up. This was 1am at Gatwick Airport when I was extremely tired after flight delays.

When this happened, I went to your desk and found the process of ordering the ride to be fast, efficient, and very simple.
After ordering, the ride was ready within a few minuets and the driver was professional, kind, and got me home quickly and safely.

At 1am after being stranded by the company I had booked, your service was exactly what I needed of being fast and reliable to get me home, and I am very grateful

Quick pick up time, polite driver and lovely car

The driver was very courteous, professional and friendly. He drove us back home safely and helped with all of our luggage.
I will now choose Airport Cars over other driver services, such as Bolt and Uber, due to the fact, Airport Cars prices, remain the same, (Uber was charging £107 to get home from Gatwick Airport at 11.30pm, when on a different time of the day the price was showing £50.84.
I would rather pay the Airport Cars price of £103, regardless of what Uber and Bolt are charging, as I believe Uber and Bolt, higher prices on at certain times, when people have no choice but to pay it.
