The worse of the worse

The worse of the worse, bottom of the pile negligent service. Ruined a perfectly good claim. Extremely disappointing experience – serious concerns about case handling

I would strongly advise people to think twice before instructing Admiral Law.

My claim was left largely stagnant for around 18 months. Despite me providing evidence and repeatedly raising concerns, the case was not progressed as I expected. I was ultimately told that the claim no longer had reasonable prospects — after Admiral Law had been handling it for approximately 18 months. I feel that they also attempted to bully me to drop the claim a day after I've just had my baby after they've ruined it.

The most concerning part is that I had raised serious concerns about the handling of my case months earlier, when there was still an opportunity to properly investigate and preserve evidence. Instead of putting things right, I was left with the same firm.

I am now pursuing the matter through the Legal Ombudsman and raising further regulatory concerns.

My experience has left me with a serious lack of confidence in the firm's case management and complaints handling and significant losses.

** Admiral Law claim that they addressed my concerns, yet the matter is now with the Ombudsman precisely because they failed to do so. Even more tellingly, their own complaint resolution acknowledges that the issues I raised had not been addressed and there has been several failures. It is therefore quite remarkable that they continue to suggest otherwise when their own written response demonstrates the opposite. I’ve lost out of a perfectly good claim because of this negligent law firm.

Very poor service from Admiral Law

Very poor service from Admiral Law. It took over an hour just to speak to an agent so I could complete the claim form. I was repeatedly passed from one member of staff to another, with long waiting times in between.
In total, it took around two hours to complete the claim form, which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
What made the experience even more disappointing is that I have now been asked to upload videos and photographs of my damaged vehicle again, despite already providing these to Admiral and being told that the information would be passed on.
On top of this, the accident date and time have still not been updated correctly, adding further frustration and making me question how efficiently my claim is actually being handled.
Overall, the process has been unnecessarily complicated, slow and stressful. I expected much better communication and coordination from a company handling an insurance claim. I hope the service improves and that the outstanding issues are resolved promptly. Katy was very kind but the claim form was long

AWFUL - avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking service from Admiral Law.

I have been dealing with a personal injury claim for over 3 years, and the entire process has been nothing but delays, poor communication, and repeated failures to follow through on promises. I have had multiple case handlers, constant administrative errors, and have had to chase every single stage of my claim myself.

Time and time again, I was told I would be contacted “within a week” or given clear timelines, only to be completely ignored for months. Even formal complaints were not handled properly, with missed deadlines, no callbacks, and no accountability.

What’s most frustrating is that nothing ever gets done unless I chase it. This has caused significant and unnecessary stress on top of an already difficult situation following a serious accident.

They have acknowledged their service has fallen short, but this has been ongoing for years with no real resolution.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Admiral Law to think twice. This has been an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience.

I have gone to the legal ombudsman and would recommend no one using this service.
