This was very unhelpful no where does it specify in the new Schengen rules that this has to cover all Schengen countries.
I feel like you should be clearly advertising this. Had to go to a different company as your system is also shocking in trying to get back in for a policy document

Hard to pay online
Had to reapply by phone because I could not pay on line due to there being pop ups. Had to reapply but the person kept putting in the wrong information so had to keep going over the same questions. Plus side though is the quote came back cheaper

Overkill
After taking out a policy I contacted them the next day to say I’d had a cold 4 months earlier and been given antibiotics to clear a cough. No further follow up from doctor needed.I asked if this was relevant and was told the policy was cancelled immediately. Seemed it would have been simpler to add it to my information than go through the cancellation process and refund me.

A Premium Product Well priced
Always easy to select the level of cover, book and pay. Thankfully didn`t need to call upon the insurance this year, but when we have in the past, the system has been easy to negotiate. A well priced premium product. Thank you. Ken
