Could do better

I had to be transferred to another operative to pay and was cut off and they had to ring back.
I am still waiting for a paper copy of the documents to be posted to me
The whole process was slow but I understand you have to ask the questions
Operative had a heavy accent which was difficult to understand

Double price increase

I put one star because I was surprised with the cost increase. From September 2025 to September 2026 the price increased by 100% for the same single family trip to Tenerife and this year it’s Furteventura. So geographically it’s the same area, same month.I understand increase in 10-20, even 30% but not double price.

The sales webpage works well

The sales webpage works well, as does the payment page. I was able to upgrade my insurance when I opted for a cabin upgrade. Whether this is good insurance or not I can't say and hope not to find out!

Cruise travel insurance

I had previously taken out travel insurance with ABTA and decided to do the sane again. It was very easy to apply for once you looked through the options that were offered. Good for cruise travel.

Reasonably priced insurance for what's included.
I bought single trip worldwide and it was more competively priced than other quotes I got.

Great Choice

This is the first time we have used ABTA Travel insurance. This popped on a search and proved to be excellent. The medical sreening was excellent simple to use and add information, best I have used, straight simple no problems. Planty of choice and levels of cover. Very good prices. Overall a great choice. Lets hope its not needed.
