Recently got some more gold hoop earrings from Abbott Lyon and again I am amazed by the quality. I just love them and love the r fact that I can wear all my jewellery swimming and in the bath with no tarnishing :)

The item was not in package we had to send photos of package. But item was sent next day delivery so i was pleased with service.

Had a delivery at the start of June and the quality of the jewellery is second to none!

It seems to be the same story as the rest as the 1 star reviews. I wish I had read them first.
Waiting 4 months for delivery is really unacceptable. When I contacted them they said production for bespoke items are around 2-3 weeks. So I asked for a refund as it is clear that my ring isn’t being made yet (if it’s taking 4 months to get to me)
They obviously refused. It feels so wrong to keep someone’s money for so long with no product.
They have obviously taken on more orders then they are capable of producing and the poor customer service staff are being told to say the same thing to everyone. Poor.

The company is the best in the market in terms of producing high quality jewellery and keeping up with the latest trends! I am in love with EVERY new collection they make. I have now built a lovely collection of Abbott Lyon pieces and I always reach out for them!

The BEST EVER. I've been using abbott lyon for years! I've never had a problem at all with my jewellery. It's absolutely beautiful, amazing quality and unlike other places it lasts! There is something for everyone. I purchase for myself and always love their pieces for gifting too. Speaks volumes when the company cares about its community too. Forever an abbott lyon girly!

I adore this brand, quality and pricing is amazing.

I’ve had two pieces and they are lovely. Had them for nearly a year now and not tarnished at all. They still feel like new. The two watches still keep time and are a staple in my wardrome. 💞💞 Big Fan!

Not a great experience, necklace completely tarnished and ruined within 1 year. Almost £100 wasted. I ordered a locket in June 2025 with a red stone and 2 pictures of my son. When it arrived it was wrong and had a white stone instead. The red was chosen as it was my lost baby's birthstone. I contacted customer service who were excellent in dealing with this, they gave me the money back as a credit to order a replacement or anything else from the website. It has now been a full year since the necklace arrived and inside one of the pictures has worn away even though I've never touched the photos inside, the locket pops open of it's own accord and gets caught in my hair, and the outside of the locket is COMPLETELY TARNISHED! It's a red/copper colour now where it used to be silver when delivered. I don't wear it swimming or in the shower or when exercising in order to properly care for the necklace as I wanted it to be a lifelong piece. Now its completely ruined in its first year when the website clearly advertises tarnish free jewellery. Not very impressed if I'm being honest and don't think I'll shop here anymore.
