this is a fake company and they will steal from the customer by charging outrageous amounts of delivery charges/also the risk of having the payment details compromised by the means of fraudulent charges which have not been authorized by the customer/not also forgetting that they may use the "bait and switch" tactics for the simple reason that they do not have what has been ordered by the customer/or send counterfeit item/or broken item costing the customer even more money to send back to China,these people are criminals,AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT DO NOT GIVE OR ENTER YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS BEFORE HAND

Very complicated and time consuming to buy from. Don't trust them re free international shipping.

I spent USD$200 on children books. A week later i received emails that those books i ordered have arrived at the warehouse and I need to pay for the shipping. But I thought it was free shipping for the first purchase! I went back to the website and read the advert for free shipping, it did state some conditions: that buyers would need to pay for the shipping and could redeem the shipping paid with the next purchase . So it is all my fault not reading the conditions! So I thought to proceed to pay for the shipping. Dear me, the shipping costs over USD$500. No, I won't proceed to pay for the shipping. I won't support them and spend anymore money on this company. It is a scam. It's ashamed that they are ripping their overseas customers off through shipping rather than dealing in good faith. We have lodged a report to Paypal but I doubt we could get our money back.
12/11/18 I got my money back through payPal with a lot of persistent. It took two months and I ended up calling PayPal when they closed my resolution the second time. If you would to purchase Chinese goods online, go to AliExpress. They are not cheap but trustworthy.

To all, dont but anything from this website or 86 daiguo, they are companies that they your money and dont deliver goods. You emailed them and said they are two different company. China should shut these company down,

If I could give negative number of stars I would, because 86mall is an incredible god damn cheating website. It advertises free shipping, but in fact you have to pay for the shipping first and then the shipping fee becomes a credit of your account but NOT GOES BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. You buy 50 USD stuff, but the shipping is 80. Then you spend the 60 credit, but now the shipping becomes 100. It keeps going up forever. You can think of this as some sort of PONZI SCHEME. The stuffs of this company are all criminals and I sincerely believe that, if buyers are jury, the people in of 86mall will be sentenced to loop. If you do not want to work with death rows, always KEEP AWAY from 86mall.

STAY AWAY!!! I’ve purchased some premixed flour, each packet states that it’s 200g, but once it reaches their warehouse, each packet became 320g, then they charge extreme amount of money for shipping! Even with free shipping promotion, it’s a total scam, because you’ll still need to pay, then they’ll refund that with store credit which you are not allowed to cash out! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Money grabbing scam!

Scam COmpany. Extremely high shipping fee. False claim: free shipping to USA. Unable to cancel the orders, they will still charge all the money without shipping the items.

Bought less than $15 item and wanted $150 shipping cost. The shipping cost was never displayed until the item has arrived in their warehouse! Justice need to be served to this fraud company!

Careful with this online company! They said FREE shipping to the US, but actually it is NOT FREE at all. It is a trick to make you buy more from them. After you order something on their website with free shipping, they will not ship to you unless you pay their very expensive shipping fee. (I bought $42 items, they asked more than $400 shipping fee from China to US). Then they said they will give you same shipping fee amount of store credit, you can use their store credit to buy item from them again. It is ridiculous for a $42 item, I have to pay them $400 shipping fee in return for their $400 store credit.
As they did not shipping to me, I asked them to cancel the order, they refused to cancel.
Fortunately I use PayPal to pay this trick online store, PayPal fully refunded me.
Be very very careful, unless you make sure your credit card company will protect you!

really pricey, I paid 2-3 times of the amount of shipping fee than the foods that I ordered. And they don't refund the money directly to your card but to your website account. Therefore, you'll still need to shop on their website. It's like a fraud. Don't use 86mall.

Same as all experienced. Lie for free shipping and asked you lay out the shipping cost first then refund to your account for the next purchase so you will never ever get free from them. Item prices are few times more than taobao. Shipping cost was ridiculously high which you won't know until you paid the item price first then 2 days after, they asked you to pay for shipping cost which made you have no choice to cancel the items as you would need to pay for cancellation fees. Even you booked for EMS few days QUICK shipping but it was still not shipped for a week at China and then took another couple weeks to transit. BTW, I have still not got the the item I paid since mid April. Don't trust them and when you complained they said all on their website (hidden BTW). Free shipping advert was only for 1 item which was not clear, not for 1 order (in my case I bought 3 items in one basket). Anyhow, never ever shop in this non decent company as all are lies and fraud. After few weeks emailing them, I got my refund confirmation for shipping cost and 2 items I cancelled. But will see when I would actually receive the money in my PayPal account.

I saw 86Mall.com advertise "free shipping". So I bought some goodies through 86Mall.com from Taobao in Jan 2018. The goodies are twice the price if you buy direct from Taobao.

That's fine because I thought the shipping is free.

Here is the worst part: they charge 180 USD shipping on 60USD goodies. I paid and contacted their customer service and I was told they will refund me the shipping as on account credit. So they did gave me 70USD worth of shipping credit. I don't understand why 180USD = 70USD, but I didn't say much and just waited for my package come.

In April 2018, after 3 months painful waiting, the package was returned by custom. 86Mall.com refused to refund. So I opened ticket through Paypal resolution centre and got my money back.
