It's a frod company I win 4cr in this company in colour game & next day my account nil

This is a total scam! I can’t believe this website is still operating, don’t fall for it! If I could I would give this a 0 star. If you already fall for it you could report your problem in PayPal, they would help you!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online store.

Summarizing. They offer free shipping on your first international order, but it's a LIE. When you go to pay they charge you €50 or more for shipping, and they tell you that this money will return to your 86mall account balance... so you can buy again and have to pay shipping again!!!

Dispute won via Paypal (impossible to negotiate with 86mall, they keep cheating you), and I will never think about this store again. Never!! Scam! Be careful!

Does the package ever come or no? I'm still waiting so I'm just curious if what you order ever comes?

Awful cheating $200 shipping fee saying it is free will refund back after paying first. They never refund the money to you, after asking for the money back, they give partial shipping fee into your 86mall account. That means you will have to purchase again from them in order to use the money they refunded. If you don't purchase from them again, the refunded money stays with them, even if you purchase from them again, they will charge you shipping fee again, never ending.

This a fake website, target to Chinese people. They keep saying you have to pay the shipping fee or will return your product. The shipping fee usually costs $100-$200 USD. After you paid the shipping, you still not receive anything, because you have to pay another custom fine. ..and going on. Then they offer you send to your China address.Then they will send the order to the third party to process as a domestic order. you spend money and time, get a domestic order. Case closed.

liar. The price and shipping fee are much higher than other place. Free shipping for the first time is also a trick.

I purchased some snacks worthy of $15 based on their sellers' website. But 86mall charged me $45 for these goods, and then calculated shipping fee based on almost double weights. At the end I paid $120 in total!

What is most ridiculous, they don't provide valid tracking number. When you don't get your goods and follow up with them, they tell you that your goods are returned by US customs. Without any proof, your goods are GONE!!!

It’s says free shipping, but they ask you pay the shipping fee first and return as bouns instead. The shipping fee is very expensive, I spend 100 AUD and the shipping fee is more than 100AUD. I receive my order today , I find it is not the same order.

And login into my account to check why my orders is different, less than what I pay for. And all the information in my 86mall account is disappeared, !! and the Bonus disappeared! Become 0 . What a XXXX is that ! ! !

This is a scam site. It post untrue information and it doesn't even have B-to-C platform. It has not seller information. Simply, it would take your order and gives to the T/B or T/M. But it will charge you dearly until you felt the purchase was not worth it.

In my case, I bought $100 USD and got charged $200 USD for shipping. When I asked to cancel the order. They would not respond until the items went to distribution center. I tried to take less loss by sending the items to a local address. But they still insisted to charge $100USD. Hey, T/B and T/M charges free for local delivery. Don't believe them and don't buy from them!

It said free shipping, but I was still charged a lot for free shipping by them yesterday. They should not let us pay first for free shipping. I cancelled several orders, they didn't refund money back to my bank account and put my money into their website account.

Don't buy things on 86mall. It is scam.

They said free shipping, I’ve ordered something like $20-30 from China which received by 86mall.com , they hold my order And then send me a email said they are going to charge me $50 for the shipping. W t F

I have communicate to paypal to refund my money and they just did!
If you are using the paypal, please make sure you refund the money from them and the more people refund, I am hoping paypal will not do the business with them.

They asked me my phone number which I found a bit strange. After I gave them my phone number, I receive scam calls EVERY SINGLE DAY IN THE MORNING!!!! I work night shifts Thank you very much!!!!

I give them two stars just because the customer service was nice and patient to explain about the free shipping thing. This website is very confused and tricky. They will refund you but keep your refund into your account of their website instead of your bank account. Therefor you can only shop on this website if you want to use the refund money.

The free shipping thing is real, however, you need to pay the shipping first, then they will refund you. As I said, the refund is kept into your account of their website and you will never have it back to your bank account.

I brought $40 snacks on it, the shipping was $50 to my house. In another word, I need to pay double for my orders, even though they will refund me the shipping fee. Eventually, I decided shipping my order package to a friend's house in China, and that shipping fee was only $8 without refund due to it is not shipping abroad. It is totally fine, I will just never shop on this website anymore.

Really bad, 86 mall is cheator, cheat your money, if free shipping promise, after you pay, shipping fee will come to you, and muchmuchmuch more than you expected, and if refund requested, they will give fake money from their own fake website, angry!! Should put the cheator into jail! It is criminal activity
