Terrible experience, the delivery fee is twice high as what I actually buy. The platform won't even tell you about the delivery fee before you finish the whole process. When it comes, it comes ridiculously high. 50AUD$ + 120AUD$? That's definitely a 'no no'.

it is a scam! it steals money from us!. I have the same experience as the other shoppers, and I give up my goods. The people behind this website are criminals, and they should be put into jail.

I ordered 50 dollars worth of Chinese food and they tried to charge me about 200 dollars for shipping despite the advertisement says "free shipping". The food arrived at their warehouse in only one hour after my order was placed, which is also suspicious.
I've already made a complaint to Paypal and submitted a claim to the Chinese government. Such fraud must be stopped.
Make sure to always check the reviews when using online shopping and pay extra attention to something too good to be true.

I would like to give them zero if I can. You have no idea how much shipping will cost you until you order the goods and pay for which by the time its too late. You will definitely get a sticker shock when you see that. They lie about free shipping. Worst of all I did all the tedious steps and paid hefty amount they just sat on the package for days until I called them. Bottom line DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

A scam!

After placed an order, never received order confirmation and shipment. You will not get anything but they will charge you immediately. If you send email to inquiry, they said yes your order is in our warehouse, but you need to go through all documents for shipping, insurance, etc. which never heard of when you placed the order. To the end, you may give up. That is exact what they want.

Update at 1/19/19: I disputed the credit card charge and got the money back. - Be aware of the online sale by the vendors outside of the States.

Shady business. I should have checked review before actually placing an order. After making the order, the sales department notified a ridiculously high shipping fee to pay. Even when the order is cancelled, they will still charge you a nonexisting restocking fee. Their business model probablly is charging cancelling fees. Never buy from this business again and report your complaint to econsumer.gov if your are a US customer. This kind of deceiving business should get out of business in no time!

Scam website. Once you pay, there is no actual refund, there is only in-store credit return. Shipping cost you 100% or even more as the product you buy. Sometime there is holiday season free shipping, Yes, there is, the "free shipping" is actually you pay 100% shipping and they return back to you as in-store credit.
All-in-all, never spend money on this website, once you pay, the money is never ever possibly back.
Cheat on you in all different ways.

SCARY EXPERIENCE! Not sure why I still have to give one star, it should be minus star! The ads are attractive before purchasing, promising free shipping!It is very expensive shipping indeed.And it's not guaranteed that you will actually receive the goods. Refund system is rubbish, 86mall doesn't refund you the way you paid, they send it to store credit instead which means you still have to buy from them again!BE AWARE!!! It's a fraud and scam website!NEVER BUY FROM 86mall!

I bought $200 product, because I saw first buy will be free shipping, but it didn't, soon I found they asked me to pay more than $2300 to ship product to me....
what I should do, my husband told me its better just give up $200, because its too expensive...

I got my order today. The shipping fees are really expensive. Especially, you only know how much expensive shipping fees after your purchase. It will be better if 86 mall can show shipping fees before you pay your order. It is also not very convenient to search shipping status. Finally I got them. The shipping speed is faster than Aliexpress. Some Chinese books or dvd are worth buying from 86 mall if you can not find it in other places.

This is a complete scam! They will claim no shipping then the time to deliver, they will charge extra fees; if you don't pay, a fee to "Keep the merchandise in the warehouse". The first time I heard of this and I am claiming all money back from Paypal.

Rubbish website. Wish I had done research before purchasing the stuff from there. Made payment one month ago and the product has not been shipped yet. Have been sending multiple emails, what they replied was they are working on it. Please do not trust this website! It's fake!

It is so trash. Product is way too over priced. And charge you for international mailing fee. They buy the product in China then mail to foreign country. I don't understand why the same product from China was almost 10 times more expensive. And all the extra cost. Only idiot will buy from then. And all the activity they have is bs.

This site engaged in false advertising regarding free shipping which actually did not. You have to pay for international shipping which is higher than the cost of the products. They only credit this shipping charge to your account for the future orders. There are also hidden charges such as processing fees and you would not find out the total charges until the items arrived at the warehouse. If you want to cancel the orders, there is a fee, If you leave the items at their warehouse without paying for shipping, they charge you warehouse fees. People should report this fraudulent site to FTC
