I called first class medical about repairing or replacing an oxygen concentrator. I talked with Jake about the problem and he helped me decide what to replace. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and a great resource for the company.

Anthony was kind and compassionate to my personal needs. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He showed curiosity and explained everything to me. I’m Thankful for his professionalism and a good salesman, although he spoke with me as a friend . He assisted me with the purchase of a portable oxygen concentrator that works in MY best interests. There was NO high pressure salesman at all and it’s high pressure salespeople that ruins a lot of sales in this day and time. Thank You, Tony for your genuine concern for me.
