If I could give a Zero Star I would. Worst customer service ever. Received a $2500 unit that did not work on the plane and batteries failed. Returned the unit for a full refund. Had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the machine that could have killed my husband during the 6 hour flight. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They charge the restocking fee if you do not return in 5 days. Impossible if you receive it, use it, it fails and want to return it. Will never get back in 5 days. Terrible!

Emily was the representative who helped me. She was so informative about the products available and which POC was the best choice for me. She was so positive and friendly, it was a pleasure talking with her.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient.he explained everything that applied to my needs including oxygen concentrations, FAA approval , & the need for physicians prescription. My pulmonologist had already given me a prescription so the order was easy to place. Thank you Josh for all of your really helpful knowledge.

After 2 days of research into portable oxygen devices, the conclusion was nothing on Amazon gave me all the features I was looking for. Then internet searches revealed only a handful of devices that suited my needs.
