Withdrawal payment option taken off.
I want to withdraw my money but they took off the option of withdrawing money directly to bank account. Now only ICash.one option shows there. They aren't validating my profile and I want my money urgently.
I also verified my profile and everything is fine with 10cric but IDK why they have taken down the option of withdrawing the money directly to bank account. I need help urgently to get this fixed. Just once, please get this fixed for me.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with 10Cric.
My withdrawal is still stuck in “processing” with no proper update. Support keeps sending the same repeated responses instead of actually resolving the issue. I’ve emailed multiple times and even tried contacting my VIP manager, but there has been no real help or accountability.
At this point, it feels like they are delaying withdrawals without giving clear answers. This kind of service seriously damages trust.
I strongly recommend not playing on this site until they improve their withdrawal process and customer support.
Very frustrated with the experience.

Every body is busy writing here about the deposit scam of cri10 but the real scam start when u start earning big in 10cric they hold all your money and ask for the additional document for the withdrawal process and instead of proving all the bank statement with password ,they told you that the account statement is fake. 1st some of his/her agent contacted me via Wassapp i was the vip member and she asked me how in am playing that good she also want to earn something good but after 3 or 4 days they demanded me of the selfie with adhaar bank statement every thing I am the user of cric10 from last 5 year they swallow 2 lakh of my winning amount

Everyone please listen and be careful, my deposit is missing for last 40 days, they denied to refund and today they send me mail that your money not received by our system, that means you send that money to a upi id, i made a deposit by upi and that upi id provided by 10cric, I made this deposit on 10cric and money transferred to their upi id but today they are saying that we can't do anything because you send money to a upi id. That means it's a well organised scam, when you select upi deposit that money money will transfer to that upi id but that person hold your payment and then 10cric deny you because now you can't do anything because of new gaming bill and you can't ask a refund for a successful payment. That hall thing is a fraud a trap. Everyone please file cyber fraud complaint against 10cric whichever money is stuck.
