Same happened with me I make deposit on 24th May 2200 and 25000 on 14th June none of the amount credited in account.now this is completely fraud be aware with 10cric.
They are not going to help anymore so stop using 10cric.

WARNING TO ALL DEPOSITORS: Your Money Will Vanish into a Black Hole – A Massive Trust Issue!Review Body:This is a massive warning to anyone thinking of depositing money on 10Cric. If your deposit does not reflect instantly in your wallet, you can completely forget about your money.I made a UPI deposit 37 days ago. My bank successfully located the funds and confirmed they were "Credited Online" directly to 10Cric's third-party payment aggregator. To recover my missing money, I filed a formal bank chargeback and escalated it to pre-arbitration. Shockingly, 10Cric’s own merchant bank REJECTED both disputes, legally claiming to the banking network that the transaction was successful and the funds were delivered!This exposes a critical trust issue with this platform. Without trust, you cannot run a platform like 10Cric. One single major trust issue like this can completely spoil the business and reputation of 10Cric, because players will realize their funds are never safe. If your merchant bank rejects my chargeback and pre-arbitration by claiming they have the money, how can I get my refund? My bank has tracked the funds straight to your payment processor. Yet, 10Cric customer service keeps repeating the automated lie that they "have not received the funds."You cannot have it both ways. Your system took my money, blocked my bank from pulling it back, and refuses to credit my gaming wallet. Once your funds are stuck, 10Cric will trap you in a loop of denial and run down the clock until it's too late to dispute. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money.You have to take direct responsibility for my case and do the justice. I demand a senior financial manager pull the gateway transaction logs for my 12-digit UTR immediately and manually release my refund or wallet credit.

Good platform but third-party payment gateways are frustrating

10Cric is a good platform for sports betting and has great promotional offers. But depositing money through third-party wallets like iCash.One is a total nightmare. My funds get stuck, and it ruins the whole gaming experience. 10Cric support needs to step in and integrate more reliable and fast direct UPI options for Indian players. Until the payment methods are made safer and smoother, it is hard to give a full 5-star rating.

Actually, I am using 10cric over 6,7 years but, never felt like this. I have over 300 account in gaming websites like Rajbet, rajabet, betway, betmaster, 10cric, 22bet, melbet, 4ra bet, leon casino, casino.in and many more. From past few months i am playing in leon and 10cric mostly. I believe winning and losing is part of game and i never complained about that in my 10 years of gaming experience but, for the 1st time i feel like that. Why because I feel like that is I lost all my salery and more in just few days only the most irritating thing is I lost all my money in only one slot named Super Sticky piggy. Even after spinning 400,500 spins continuously no free spins (Scatter bonus) received. I tried playing late night, early morning, mid day, evening tried everything but, lost in every session. I never experienced like this before in any other casino website not on 10cric also. I don't know the game or websit is fake now. But, really disappointed with the experience I had in 10 cric from past 1,2 months. I wish I don't play again on 10cric. Once, I am mentioning winning and losing is part of game and i strongly believe that but, what i experienced from past few weeks is a nightmare for me.

WARNING TO ALL INDIAN PLAYERS: Do not deposit a single rupee into 10cric. This platform is operating a highly coordinated financial trap using unverified, rogue third-party payment gateways to siphon user deposits, pocket the cash, and structurally block banking recovery systems.

Here is the exact breakdown of how they stole my money and how they will steal yours:

1. The Gateway Trap (The "Deemed-Received" Black Hole) On 9th May 2026, I initiated a standard UPI deposit to 10cric. The transaction was instantly successful. My bank account was debited, and a legitimate 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number was generated. However, the money never reached my 10cric playing wallet. Because 10cric operates outside standard Indian banking regulations, they route transactions through a changing web of shell companies and unstable third-party payment aggregators. When a user deposits, an intentional or highly negligent API handshake timeout occurs between the gateway and 10cric's database. The gateway takes your money, but the front-end system tells you the transaction "failed" or "was not received."

2. Malicious Sabotage of the Bank Dispute Process When I realized 10cric customer support was giving me copy-pasted, scripted runarounds, I initiated a formal Chargeback and subsequent Pre-Arbitration dispute through my bank.This is where the fraud turns criminal: The rogue merchant gateway utilized by 10cric wrongfully rejected my bank's dispute. They submitted a automated Transaction Credit Confirmation (TCC) to the acquiring bank to prove they received the money—thereby winning the chargeback round—while simultaneously instructing 10cric support to tell me they never received the money. They are playing both sides to lock your funds in limbo.

3. Zero Liability and Scripted Support10cric's customer service desk is deliberately insulated from their finance and gateway logs. Agents are trained to demand screenshots just to stall for time, completely ignoring the absolute legal proof of a banking UTR. They have held my funds for over a month, refuse to perform a manual ledger reconciliation with their aggregator, and refuse to issue a source reversal.My Transaction Evidence:Platform: 10cric India Transaction Date: 09-May-2026 Payment Mode: UPI (Interoperable Gateway)
Status: Successfully debited from source bank / Zero credit to wallet Banking Reference

Final Verdict:10cric is no longer just a gaming platform; it is a financial risk. They are actively capitalizing on gateway system errors to pocket user deposits, knowing that offshore regulations shield them from direct local policing.

I have officially escalated this financial manipulation to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the RBI Ombudsman against the underlying current account holder of their proxy gateway.DO NOT DEPOSIT. SPREAD THE WORD AND PROTECT YOUR MONEY.

Withdrawal transferred to wrong account

My withdrawal is transferred to incorrect bank details, they will say that after reviewing the bank account only they will process but the control check failed and they were saying i given wrong account details but it's not true.

After several followups now my emails are also not able to send to the support team it's just frustrating please look for some genuine platforms

Fraud Site! Deposits Are Not Safe – Do Not Trust 10CricReview

Absolute fraud platform. Depositing money into 10Cric is extremely unsafe. I made a successful payment, the money was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my 10Cric wallet.Once they have your money, their customer care completely ignores you. They do not care about you or your funds at all. If your wallet is not credited immediately, you can forget about ever getting your money back. Save your hard-earned money and stay far away from this scam site!

My deposit money is cheated by 10CRIC and worst customer support without resolving the issue

On 22nd May I have paid 500 ( UPI/DWIP SARKA/9775231089@mbk/igi3jq/INDUSINDB/596622891551/IBL2ada8831cab94aa4af1d6accc7c1aa68/)to get deposit in my 10CRIC account, it's been more than 10 days still I'm receiving the mail that it's being handled on top priority basis.
Again the same issue yesterday ( 3rd June), I paid 1000 INR(UPI/THAKORPAR/6370414248@okb/2CB79D/AXISBANK/307339206410/PTM59d0718c5d604afd99755129a76380c1/) to deposit and still not received.
I'm getting only response that issue is handling in top priority. I have given all the proof (UPI transaction screen shots and my bank statement also) for successful transaction from my end and still receiving same automated reply from Ai. Total 1500 INR is being cheated by 10CRIC. I was about to deposit 50K, If I would have done that 10CRIC might have cheated without depositing in my account.
