I am sorry for my language and everything my issue resolve I got my money but telling one thing that please make your deposit system better and your support system your agent threatening to suspend chat block email
I just want to know much time it will take to confirm the payment with service provider. And everytime why customer is suffer just because of your useless deposit system

There are agent like Candy, Aya, Nicole, Niki, Kallian all are very rude and does not know how to support customer my deposit pending from last 9 days they did not help me also very rude with me they are also very shameless people. They increase my frustration at higher level they block my chat option and email option now I don't have any way to contact them. Still request them please resolve my issue I am very old customer. They break my trust

I have been playing over for last 8 years and I do face deposits stuck sometimes but everytime I chased the support they had helped me in resolving the query. There is no other platform with Utmost transparency 10cric provides. I regularly get freebies and bonuses when needed.

I have been using 10CRIC for many years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and financially stressful.
Transaction Details:

Ticket ID: 1644221
What happened:
On 06 March 2026, I made a UPI payment of INR 20000 using the UPI ID provided through the 10CRIC platform. The transaction was marked successful, and the amount was debited from my bank account immediately.
Initially, 10CRIC informed me that if the amount was not credited, a refund would be processed by 18 March 2026.
After that date passed, I repeatedly contacted support through:
Email
Live chat
Support tickets
I submitted all requested documents multiple times, including:
Bank statement
UPI transaction screenshot
PhonePe transaction proof
Official bank confirmation email
Bank transaction PDF
My bank, Canara Bank, has officially confirmed in writing that the transaction was successful and the funds were credited to the beneficiary banking system.
Despite providing all this evidence, I continued receiving repetitive template responses, requests to submit the same documents again, and conflicting explanations.
Later, 10CRIC stated that the funds were not received on their side or by their payment provider, but no documentary proof, payment provider confirmation, or reconciliation report has been provided to support that claim.
Because of the lack of clear resolution, I have now:
Filed an official complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal
Requested bank-side UPI trace and beneficiary verification
Submitted all documentary evidence to authorities
My concern is not only the unresolved INR 20000 transaction but also the absence of transparent communication, clear escalation channels, and evidence-based support.
I am still waiting for a proper resolution for Ticket ID 1644221.

I have been a player and active user of 10Cric for over 4 years. While I was absolutely happy and satisfied with the service earlier, lately, there have been multiple issues specifically with deposits. I have 2 high value deposits stuck for more than 10 days and every time I reach out to support they tell me they are investigating on priority but nothing happens. Earlier I sued to get good bonuses on deposits but that had also reduced over time. Hoping my deposits clear soon.

You deposit funds, it deducts from your bank account but doesn't get credited to your 10cric account .. then they ask 12 days for refund... Then after 12 days they ask for your bank account, then if you refuse to share your bank account of 12 days, they say they won't process the refund.

Cheating site and blocking the website to access...I made a bet of 7200 in fall of 2nd wicket under 392.5 during Hampshire county championship 4 days ago,they scored 393 plus and tried to login to continue the bet fall of wicket under 432 something, but website is blocked or not given access.once wicket fallen at 397 runs , immediately opened the site . ...see,how they cheating smartly and looting money.... I want to withdraw my money but they took off the option of withdrawing money directly to bank account. Now only ICash.one option shows there. They aren't validating my profile and I want my money urgently.
I also verified my profile and everything is fine with 10cric but IDK why they have taken down the option of withdrawing the money directly to bank account. I need help urgently to get this fixed. Just once, please get this fixed for me.

Very disappointing experience with 10Cric.
My withdrawal is still stuck in “processing” with no proper update. Support keeps sending the same repeated responses instead of actually resolving the issue. I’ve emailed multiple times and even tried contacting my VIP manager, but there has been no real help or accountability.
At this point, it feels like they are delaying withdrawals without giving clear answers. This kind of service seriously damages trust.
I strongly recommend not playing on this site until they improve their withdrawal process and customer support.
Very frustrated with the experience.
