EXCELLENT BAKED GOODS

The 2 times that I ordered from 1 (800) BAKERY were excellent! They arrived on the date that was stated and tasted delicious!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to send home baked treats to friends who live far away!

I wanted to surprise my daughter and…

Unfortunately I chose this company. I wanted to surprise my daughter and congratulate her getting a job she fought hard to get. I picked this company online but wasn't sure if they would deliver her fortune cookie on time and to the right address. So, I tried calling the "customer service" line and I had to leave a message. I called 4 times and left messages for someone to call me back. NOTHING! NOTTA! So I emailed them to call me. AGAING NOTHING! I sent so many emails and messages I am starting to believe that they are not a real company! I still have not heard anything from them and don't know if my $72.00 I spent with them is in vain. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED because I believe that someone should have called me back or at least sent me an email. Please FIND ANOTHER COMPANY to order from! DO NOT ORDER from this company. The owner should fire whoever is in charge of customer service. I'm in a customer service role and if I treated my customers like they've treated me, I would be fired!

Hi Joel, Sorry on the slow response on email questions sometimes. We are not a large company and sometimes have many hats on at the same time. I just looked and you have a Gmail account, please look in your spam folder and I bet we have been emailing and they are going into there. Gmail is doing this sometimes.
