Dear WF management,
I hope what I just experienced with your Support Team is an isolated incident. This morning a crumpy male agent who found it difficult to identify our account despite spelling it all to him, told me to find someone else to help. 3rd time calling and unluckily encountered the same guy, and he was so rude and hung up on me. Wow! Is it so difficult to find professional customer service agents these days?

I used wunderflats for finding a temporary accommodation with anmeldung in Berlin. They are very trustworthy and responds to all questions adequately. Also recommends safe practices. It is pricey, but reliable and fast.

Great platform to find temporary housing
The Wunderflats website is easy to navigate, offers many apartments in different price categories, and a very detailed descriptions of the apartments. The booking and paying process is fast and easy. The Wunderflats customer service is responsive and supportive.
Note that after booking an apartment with Wunderflats you need to deal with the landlord directly. In my case, this has so far been no good experience in terms of responsiveness.
