I bought reforbishe apple 5 from voucher and its terrible thw screen is cracked so much and they charge £100 its a scam. That's not professional.
Very very disappointed don't recommend at all..

I have purchased from Wowcher several times and never had any issues.
This time has been a nightmare, Goods have never arrived, my Account is stating I still have to Redeem the Wowcher, when I can clearly see from my emails and Bank Account this has already been done.
This was a present for my Grandchildren, who ask everyday "when is it coming" "is it here yet? ".
I cannot seem to get a contact number for the Selling Company - Obero International Ltd (not good reviews for them online)
Why oh Why is Wowcher dealing with Companies that are so consistent in terrible bad service, I don't know !!!!
This will be my last purchase from them and I shall be telling all my friends and family to do the same.
BTW this was redeem on 27 June with an alleged 8 day delivery, still waiting .........

Cumbersome process to book a “Wowcher deal” holiday which after getting the voucher, booking the holiday, paying extra I could have arranged directly online for £150 cheaper. These are not “wow” will not be using again

where are my goods. wowcher is very quick at collecting money but very poor on delivery. I find it very hard to get the socalled voucher. so must assume this is a SCAM

Avoid these scammers! Customer service non existent and seller refusing to give a refund!

Didn't deliver the goods or provide appropriate communication. There dre no ways to contact them via phone call.

The worst, stay well away. I bought a hoover that wasn’t advertised as refurbished but it was refurbished. When I complained they said it “clearly stated it in the fine print”! Cost £12 to deliver and the same to return and now I’m worried from reviews I won’t get a refund. The “support” was antagonising, unapologetic and unhelpful.

Dear Wowcher your response it very disappointing. It’s is very unfair that I have paid £379 pound for and item in June 25 and £50 for delivery to be treated like this. Still not received the order and This happened nearly 2 months ago and the issue has still not been rectified. How can I resolve the issue with the merchant without assistance from Wowcher. I have paid Wowcher not the merchant. Your expectations for the customer to chase is ridiculous. I have attached a picture of the response from the merchant back in June clearly stating that you need to instruct them. Clearly you are doing NOTHING to resolve the issue. I have not been contacted honest it was only a reply to me chasing this up. Don’t buy from here is not worth the hassle. Your customer care is appalling and I have never experienced service like this in my life then when u contact Wowcher they say wait 72 hours now it’s been 2 months I’ve raised a dispute with the bank and will go to the ombudsman as Wowcher are basically ignoring me, then they reply to the review with a lie but I got screenshot and receipts do not buy a patio set from here as I’ve nearly missed the whole summer fighting for the good I’ve paid for

Wrong items - I pads - delivered and returned and now Wowcher won’t refund instead they keep finding reasons to ask more questions. Absolutely fed up with them. Can’t quite believe that they think that their service is acceptable. I would strongly suggest that you don’t use them.

Bought 4 wouchers for Thames river trip...couldn't get them to work. Spoke to wouchers through WhatsApp...they told me to email the merchant...I have asked for a refund but still haven't got my money back

Thought I was ordering a plant. I did not understand that you have to redeem a voucher and they say no refunds for time-expired!! Appalling- this is robbery.

Just received my first (and last) wowcher order.
Ordered a Smartfan priced at £60+.Wowcher price was £23 +5.99 postage.
Fan arrived and to my dismay it had been completely mis-advertised.Ad said it rotated l/r and 90%up/down.
Also instructions said it was rechargeable powered by
usb c.
Fan was manually adjusted up/down and did not charge.On investigation there was no battery fitted.
This was cheap chinese Tat.Wowcher quoted inflated price when if you check chinese web sites the same unit was £20+.
Wowcher does not sell anything,they just link you to a Chinese buyer site.
Perhaps this was a one of,but I think not.
I certainly will not be conned again.
Don't forget if it seems cheap it probably is.

I ordered and paid for an excersize machine from WOWCHER. I did not see any info about more purchases at the time of ordering.

They now have ALL of my information, I received an email from them saying, 'to seal the deal' here are more products to purchase to receive your order!
I contacted them on this subject. As far as I know there has not been a reply, no surprizes there. In addition to having all of my details they now have my money.

Have been trying from yesterday to get through to wowcher customer service ordered a bed & paid then went on to redeem voucher only to be told did not deliver to my postcode & have been trying to get a refund but no one from the customer service team is answering I’ll never use .wowcher again After posting this review customer service contacted me & refunded the money which takes up to 5 days but at least the problem has been resolved.

Absolute scum of people I tried to book the mystery holiday but couldn’t do it online. Merchant couldn’t do the trip for 4 when I spoke to them, so tried to cancel and before they got back to me the voucher expired. No warning, no reminder. Avoid.

Still out of pocket for two priority passes plus upgrade to use on day. Endless chatbot requests for screen shots which were sent.Dealing with company is a waste of time. Just avoid unless you
Like headaches.
Don’t send me WhatsApp saying your sorry and will sort this out and want a booking number voucher number, bum size, hair length reply.

Further to our original review, wowcher have still not returned the money they stole from us.Refund requested 5th May 2025, goods returned as faulty at a further cost of £30. WhatsApp only means of contact and obviously run by a robot. They requested a picture of the return postage receipt which sent on WhatsApp to receive the response quote: sorry I do not interpret image or media files. They have now stolen £250.00 pounds of our money including postage.
This company are thieves, DO NOT USE!!!

Terrible website, I ordered an air con unit that was in stock I had payed using clearpay got the voucher redeemed it and got a delivery date. Two days before my delivery date i get an email saying it’s not in stock meanwhile it’s still on the wowcher website.
It’s taking them ages to respond.
