Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Bought a voucher and redeemed it, Received an email offering 10% off next voucher if I did a review. Did the review. Nothing. Waited 2 days, still nothing. Sent a WhatApp to Wowcher explaining. They asked for a screenshot of Email. Sent it. Got a reply. "You must give a survey within 2 minutes". Ridiculous. It states the survey takes 2 minutes. Obviously they do not know how to read English or even know they own rules and regulations. This is about the 4th or 5th time I have not received a discount or credit. They are basically scammers and need to be taken to account for all the issues they seem to be producing for buyers.

Priority Booking voucher - paid and then found out the voucher was not needed. Then tried to book and trying Stansted and found that it was fully booked at 4am!!! tried the direct site and works ok, so called and found out PB only get a small allocated amount of seats (not shown in their own sales). Then tried to book Stansted in late December, another flight and already fully booked!!

I bought an exercise bike

I bought an exercise bike. They took the money and then said nothing. I asked when it would arrive. They said the voucher had expired. This was after a few days. They stole my money and refuse to give it back. No one is interested. Don't trust clearpay either. I hate wowcher, they are thieves.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

been back and forth with this company for months! originally booked 2 mystery holidays with "weekender breaks" the first one i got poland 2nd i got italy, we decided we was gonna change the poland one but keep italy.. within doing that they cancelled our italy one to upgrade poland AND even changed us £100 more for changing poland!! so in total that is 300 each already for what was meant to be £99 each holiday. Please bear in mind we only get 1 FULL DAY!

We have now asked about a name change and they have said £149 minimum and have been VERY rude and unhelpful.

PLEASE AVOID WOWCHUR HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDER BREAKS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

they pass you back and forth, end the phone on you, do not pick up the phone or will just say to "email" however they will not reply.

I have asked about a refund many times even before they tried "upgrading" and cancelling our other holiday without consent AND THEY HAVE REFUSED!

I would never recommend Wowcher.

After numerous WhatsApp messages. I have finally secured a refund. It took almost 6 weeks to achieve. I had to involve the credit card company, and submit 1 star reviews. No explanation was ever given for the non delivery of the mattress I purchased via Wowcher.

Avoid like the plague

I was searching for a reconditioned iPhone SE online and was directed to Wowcher. As a result I purchased a an iPhone for £49 and they sent confirmation of purchase along with an order number and also a voucher. I didn’t take them up on the voucher because I didn’t expect to purchase anything else. After two weeks I contacted Wowcher on their provided email address and received no reply. I did this on more than one occasion again with no response. After four weeks I attempted to contact their customer services and was asked to subscribe and make a token payment for £1 which would be returned to me. They actually took £29 and when I investigated I’d inadvertently signed up to pay £29 monthly. I contacted customer services again and after accusing them of fraud they cancelled my subscription and refunded my £29. I then emailed Wowcher again asking once more respectfully for a refund. Nothing! This is now six weeks after my original purchase. Yesterday I tried again and was directed to a WhatsApp number whereupon I explained my situation. And they replied! They informed me that as I hadn’t accepted the voucher within the allotted time I was no longer eligible for a refund. What an appalling bunch of cowboys.

Total con

Total con. Bought two duvets as advertised as 50% off so seemed like a good deal. Didn’t realise the whole voucher process - so having thought i’d bought the items - then had to redeem voucher codes with the actual retailer. Then had to pay twice for £4.99 delivery as the system didn’t seem to be able to put the two items from same retailer together. Already another £10 on top of original payment. Then went to actual retailer website just to find the same items for same price (not 100% higher price as should have been) and free delivery. Beyond annoyed. Will never use wowcher again. What a joke!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t buy from Wowcher they rip people off and break their own terms and conditions and refuse to refund you even though it’s them who take your money!! They constantly pass you to their scammer merchants who they are aware are scammers but still continue to work with them and how Wowcher is still able to operate is criminal especially with the amount of people they rip off

Complete rip off

Ordered 10 Trestle tables for our community center at what we thought was a good and reasonable price. Only to find each table had a delivery cost of 9.99. I think delivery charge to ship an order of 99.90 is a complete rip off.

It’s a scam ! Do not buy. They took my money but then didn’t deliver when I have contacted them they’ve said I can’t ask for a refund. What do you mean I haven’t received anything and I do have legal rights to a refund. Everyone needs to report this to the police.

Very misleading

Very misleading, underhanded and untrustworthy website. I ordered what I thought was a BBQ reduced from £60 to £20. Hidden charge of £5 for shipping but I thought it was fine as I got a £5 voucher code. BBQ arrived and it was cheap as hell, not even worth the £20 I paid never mind the £60 it was apparently worth! It's taken over 2 weeks for Wowcher to refund me and even then they refund me as a credit note to use on their site?? They state if I want a cash credit i have to ask them (again) and that my purchase included a non-refundable £3.60 credit. Will never order anything from Wowcher ever again.

Fraud

I purchased an at home allergy blood test. Upon investigation and receiving the product I am far from happy and extremely concerned about the company who's operating these blood tests.

1) Nothing is hygienically packaged, no jiffy bags to stop containment, no jiffy bags to send or receive the item's. This is totally unexeptable.
2) I have been sent things that are not following hygeine basic protocols (with working in a hospital myself).
3) The return address is to an unregistered council estate.
4) The company address is not registered on the Government business website.

I am convinced this is highly illegal, unsafe and not fit for safe use. I have the right to not only report this to health and saftey standards but, also take it to the newspapers.

I expect an investigation to be held with immediate action. I do not feel safe using this to take my blood and send to an unregistered, unlicensed address what looks like a council estate. I am extremely unhappy and I've been made to feel like Wowcher would operate with such poor conditions. I also want my money back at the very least.
