Mattress scam?

Bought a super king mattress. Wowcher states its usual retail is over £1200 as it has all the bells a whistles, is orthopedic and has pressure points with a memory foam top. So within 1 month of use we gave huge Dips in the mattress . Now getting back ache every morning. Checked online wowcher day contact the manufacturers. Can't find any contact details. Seems like a scam

Mystery his/her gift box don’t buy

I purchased a £17 mystery beauty box and oh my god what crap, no beauty products a pair of sunglasses that you would buy in a joke shop absolutely terrible, a tiny plastic tree light, a usb light the size of a pen that doesn’t work and a usb charger cable, obviously nothing to do with beauty, not worth the price a total disappointment. I did this as an experiment to see if it was to good to be true and 1 million percent it is, I recommend do not buy there mystery gifts

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst company ever for customer service. It is non-existent. Hubby and I must have spent two hours trying to find a way to contact them. We found three phone numbers and none were in service. Their emails are non-deliverable because their in box is full. Their online chat service doesn't work. How hard is it for a company of this size to provide decent customer service? I would recommend not using them if you think you might need to contact them for anything!! If I could give minus 5 stars I would!! THEY ARE APPALLING!!!

Another Wowcher Spotify mug here

Another Wowcher Spotify mug here! Got caught, like many others with the 12 month Spotify Premium deal. Couldn’t use the voucher, but they won’t refund me as they claim I have already redeemed it! The wowcher came as a fake email address and pre made password and can’t be used with an existing account. Sounds very dodgy to me! So I am £29.99 out of pocket. Not a fortune, but a lot to a hard up pensioner. Shame on them. Don’t get caught like me.

Absolute appalling ordered a laptop and…

Absolute appalling ordered a laptop and was a nightmare signing in just kept me going around in a loop as kept saying no internet connection which is a load of cobblers my internet is a premium package and never had any issues in the past so blatant lies from Wowcher, i then contacted the the only way possible via WhatsApp which is a joke when i copied in my order number and voucher redeem number Wowcher Bot told me it could not identify screenshot but the cherry on the cake is although i ordered and paid for the item after eventually getting the item voucher redeemed i did not get a conformation email so haven't got a clue when it is being sent and by which delivery company.
Warning do not get involved with Wowcher they are broken and not fit for purpose their are plenty of reliable companies online who operate along the same lines of Wowcher but are totally reliable, competitive, customer service friendly and on par pricewise

Terrible customer service. Tricks you into accepting deals, and then does everything in their power to not refund you the money they owe you

Sophisticated scam

When placing a order, they take the money and then talk about reclaiming a voucher for discount. Opting for a voucher ties you in to monthly deals or purchases.
I did not opt for the voucher and they will not refund the purchase unless you claim the voucher.
This is in every sense wrong!
Purchase should not be completed by Wowcher if the customer does not want to redeem vouchers.
It's a sophisticated scam and you are better looking for the same product on other well known and supported suppliers

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY VIA WOWCHER

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY VIA WOWCHER! We purchased a holiday with pre-selected flights, hotel etc & instead received vouchers which we were not able redeem for the holiday booked. We were expected to pay a further £99+ per person for a 2 night trip that cost £259 per person and asked to consider alternative destinations, dates, airports and indirect flights all of which were unsuitable and not what we purchased. We'd had to fight for a refund which we were eventually told would be paid but were instead charged a further unexplained sum to the credit card booked through and now have complaints lodged with the credit card company booked via and also the financial ombudsman. Save yourself a whole load of stress and book via a reputable travel company or direct with hotel and flight companies. Communication and customer service with partner travel company, Prime Holidays (our allocated agent was/is Zoe) was very poor.

IMPOSSIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I used Wowcher for the first time and ordered some computer software. I got no acknowledgement of the order. Tried to contact them but was put onto their automated system for which I was asked to pay £24.00 for the privilege! No phone number, no fax, but you can download their app and text via WhatsApp. This is the most impossibly difficult company to deal with. I have now written a letter to Wowcher to cancel everything and will never deal with them again.

12 month Spotify premium

Ordered a 12 month Spotify premium membership. Lasted a month then reverted back to Spotify free. They give you a new email login and password and tell you not to change the region. Ours was set as Egypt. When I tried to contact the merchant about this they just ignored my emails. Hopefully I get my refund back off Wowcher! Let’s wait and see.

You can’t ring and speak to someone and asking on e mail for someone to call me just doesn’t happpen

If I had my time again I would not buy from Wowcher because frankly they just not bothered

Not bothered about the time it’s taken and worse of all that a little 5 year old girl doesn’t have a bed

They shouldn’t be in business in my 57 years on this planet I have never had such terrible un caring non helpful service

It’s a scam honestly

It’s a scam honestly. They advertise the price as if it’s the price you pay for the product, but it’s not. I always read fine-print but they got me good and when they led me to the retailer’s website, I did not click buy now, I only clicked apply code to see the discount it would apply. Next thing I know, I’ve paid £40 instead of £2.50, I’m a student, I can’t afford to waste that money. Absolutely ridiculous website.

Proper con

Proper con , did a charity event in August and just got round to claiming my prize on the website , paid £100 and ended up with a worthless mens bracelet, not even leather and a pair of metal cufflinks , both went in the bin , I am all for charity but if this is an average sample of what they send I would rather just give the £100 to charity in future and cut out these sharks !!!
