Car driving experience... Blendini Motorsport

I was given a car driving voucher, and got to the track after being given a time & date to attend. They told me that the voucher was invalid and was now out of date, even though it had been properly redeemed on time & in date. Mega rip off! Cars were mega old and being run on a tiny go-Kart track, unfit to run a full-size car! Blendini Motorsport on the Shennington (go-kart track).

Robbed of Disneyland Experience

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I booked a £1100 Disneyland Paris holiday through Wowcher for my family of four. After redeeming the voucher (which was required just to access the travel agency and confirm the booking), I was told by the third-party agency (Prime Holidays) that only two seats were available on the flight—despite booking for four. No solutions were offered, no transparency, and no accountability.

After days of chasing both parties, Prime Holidays washed their hands of it and told me to speak to Wowcher, claiming they “don’t give refunds.” Wowcher then refused to refund me, stating that because the voucher was redeemed, the holiday was non-refundable—despite the fact that redeeming it was the only way to even begin the booking process.

I’ve had no meaningful contact, no resolution, and no holiday. Just vague responses and a £1100 loss. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. Getting absolutely no where with the “communication” i’m receiving from them.

Wowcher should not be promoting travel deals that collapse the moment you try to finalise them. Families deserve better.

Absolute scam

Order a food parcel, got given a code, code won't load and time uns out. What a waste of money.
Then stupidly bought a mystery make up/ beauty advent calendar, which cost £14.99 then when you redeem voucher you end u paying a further £4.99 for delivery.
Got a an absolute pile of cheap tacky rubbish instead of the make up/ beauty advent calendar.
PLEASE do not but from Wowcher its a scam.

Give me a refund

This company can improve by closing their business
I downloaded their site to have a look at what they do. Without knowing I ended up with three lots of money being taken out of my bank.I did NOT give them my bank card details. Apparantly I did not UNTICK a tiny box that was pre ticked by them. This subscribed me into their VIP membership. How clever of them. I have since read many reports of this happening to other people.
In an email I had from them they even said this box gets missed sometimes. THEN MAKE IT MORE NOTICEABLE. But then why would they it does it's job. It gets them money.
I have had one refund from them because I asked for it in time. The other two look like a lost cause because I was past the time of asking. Believe me i have tried
So Wowcher I hope Karma is on your tail. You are the pits

WOWCHER-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I purchased a voucher to be redeemed toward a Galaxy watch with London Magic Store on 3rd October. I tried to redeem it straight away but the delivery screen would not give a security option so it would not complete the order. I contacted WOWCHER as that is who I bought the voucher from not London Magic Store. Was given trouble shooting ideas to help resolve the issue. Contacted them again was given more trouble shooting ideas. I then contacted them again on 16th where an agent advised to send in screenshots of the problem. I done so and awaited a reply within the advised 24 hours. I contacted them again 21st where I was advised the voucher had expired and I was at fault for not redeeming it on time. I advised I had requested help several times and was ignored. I contacted them 22nd and 23rd was ignored and on the 24th I sent a scathing email requesting a manager who basically sent an automated message saying you know the terms and conditions its your fault you didnt redeem or request a refund. I wanted the product so hoped that "customer service" would maybe do as they are supposed to and helped the customer. I have now lost £45 on a product they are unwilling to help with. I have had many items from wowcher without an issue. However, this issue has been enough to ensure I never purchase another thing from the company. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO TO AMAZON!!!!!!

Shockingly poor service

Shockingly poor service. I contacted Wowcher today because I'd mistakenly ordered a children's Halloween costume via their site some weeks back. I kept receiving emails saying 'claim cash back' but expected our costume to arrive - turns out I was meant to use their 'voucher' on a different site, which on top of that has turned out to be a scam website (look up Ukdreamstore if you're interested). Anyway, contacted them and was told that my voucher had now expired and there'd be no refund. Not for an ambiguous email. Not for a scam shop that wouldn't have delivered my child's costume anyway. The message was, to top it off, not particularly friendly, so here I am warning all of you to not buy from Wowcher as they are, it would appear, pretty bad scammers themselves. Fortunately I'm only down £13.99, but honestly, such a disappointment and such gross behaviour from a large UK business.

no item, no refund, and no meaningful response from Wowcher or the merchant

I placed an order with Wowcher on 26 September 2025, which was clearly stated to arrive on or before 7 October 2025. I never received any updates or tracking until I chased them myself on 6 October. Only then was I told to allow 14 working days after redemption — information that was never mentioned before purchasing.

After waiting the full 14 working days, I still received no delivery, no valid tracking number (the link doesn’t work), and no communication from the merchant. I’ve contacted Wowcher multiple times on 6, 16, 17, 21, and 23 October — and every time I was told to “wait,” with no clear timeframe or resolution.

As of today, I’ve had no item, no refund, and no meaningful response from Wowcher or the merchant. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve now had to escalate the matter through bank to request a refund and cancel my payments.

I expected better communication and accountability from Wowcher, especially after being a loyal customer. Hopefully this helps others make an informed decision.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.
I thought I had ordered a rose in memory of a close friend who has died recently.
I failed to realise the need to activate a voucher to access the seller.
When the rose did not turn up I contacted Wowcher and got no help whatsoever.
I tried to get my money back via PayPal but Wowcher refused to issue a refund.
They must be making a fortune from people like me who placed an order in good faith.

Ordered 12 months spotify premium voucher. Not only can you not redeem voucher. It is just a link with an email and password that vendor sends to set up account using said email password. Then your supposed to enter your bank details on spotify SCAM ACCOUNT. Seems fraudulent to me. Tying to get refund is non existent. You just go around in circles until refund has expired. SCAM SCAM SCAM 😒

I booked a 2 night break to Krakow…

I booked a 2 night break to Krakow Poland for myself and my son for his 21st and was horrified that prime holidays which was the company Wowcher were using asked for more money!
They offered us indirect flights which was apparently in the deal price i had paid.
They wanted us to fly from Stansted to Brussels and wait 6 hours and then from there to krakow and same on the way back but into Gatwick not Stansted.
I was forced to pay £200 extra to get direct flights in and out of Stansted.
They said it’s in the small print however I’ve checked the small print and it does not state that you may be offered indirect flights.
The tour that was included in the price also did not include the entry fee just the hotel collection and tour guide, we ended up queuing for 2 1/2 hours to buy entry tickets into the tour and an extra £60 on top! Total £260 more than advertised.
I will never use Wowcher again and could of got it way cheaper using a popular well known company which I didn’t realise at the time

Do not buy the mystery holiday deal from WOWCHER.

* *Still no response from WOWCHER * *

Order Number:49754279

I bought a mystery break and was advised I would be contacted by their travel partners - this took 2 weeks for them to get in touch.

Andy from Travelolo (Travel Magic Ltd) eventually called and advised I was given Dublin as my destination but if I wanted to change I could have Paris. I asked for 24 hours to decide on this as had to speak to my partner. ' Yes thats ok' replied Andy.
He then emailled details and I was asked to check all spelling of names and DOBs were correct, he advised 'just reply to my E mail and say 'All ok' which I did.

I then checked the Paris 'deal' - not a deal at all. It was going to cost an extra £240 - when I actually worked out what this would have cost to book myself it would have been £321 in total - TRAVELOLO were asking £450- hardly a deaI!
Also not that Paris hotel was 65 miles from airport!

I then said I would just take the original Dublin deal. To which I was advised that was now unavailable as I had I agreed to the Paris deal by replying 'All ok' in my e mail. This was not what 'Andy' told me - he asked for confirmation all spellings and DOBs were ok.
Then followed a barrage of emails asking for the Paris balance to be paid.

I contacted WOWCHER but received no reply.

I feel totally let down - spending £198 on two vouchers which were unused.

WOWCHER need to look closely at these travel partners as its a complete SCAM - its a process of getting money out of you - there is no deal to be had!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Website too busy to navigate

Website too busy to navigate, far to many clicks to make a purchase. After buying the voucher I was directed to the actual site where it was only then revealed that there would be a £9.99 delivery fee. Then later found out it would have more benefitable to buy direct.

Goods received not as advertised

Goods received not as advertised. I used Wowcher for the first time recently because they had some products that seemed very good value. However, on recieving the items, I discovered they were not as advertised. Let them know immediately and was bounced from pillar to post between merchant and Wowcher and had to essentially threaten to report them to the advertising standards agency before they agreed to giving me a full cash refund instead of their initial offer of credit on my Wowcher account for the product only (less shipping and also less a £2 "non-refundable" fee)! Their business model clearly relies upon placing as many hurdles between unwitting consumers duped into buying their not as advertised poor quality products so they don't pursue the full cash refund. Incredibly disappointing. I will never shop there again.

Total scammers who hide behind a scam…

Total scammers who hide behind a scam travel company , by selling a voucher . The holidays they advertise are about 20 miles away from the actual destination advertised and the flights they provide are always non direct flights that they charge even more money for !! If you don’t like it they charge you ridiculously high cancellation fees and tell you , you can’t get a refund!!! Totally flouting consumer laws with omissions, misleading and false
advertising , idiotic staff who work from a call centre in India.
I am astonished that they haven’t been shut down by trading standards and action fraud by now. I’ve reported them to both and the CAA. They already have been investigated by CMA and are being closely monitored. They already have to pay out 4 million to people who have been scammed for an auto membership scam that involved fees customers weren’t made aware of .
Also look at Excalibur Group, a holding company with a portfolio of consumer brands such as Wowcher and LivingSocial, who have recently acquired Spabreaks.con . Look at Companies house. They have about 20 other umbrella companies , probably due to their very poor reputation.
They should all be arrested for fraud and deception!! I wanted to score them minus 1000 but was unable to . Avoid , avoid, avoid!!!!!

I was waiting in anticipation for my surprise. When it arrived today I feel like I have been robbed and I’m hugely disappointed

What I actually got was
a cheap party jewellery calendar from a budget shop. Also, will make you green and probably give you an allergic rash!!!
